Just days before Jesus Christ went to the cross, Hisdisciples asked Him, what will be the sign of your coming and the end of the age

Matthew 24:3

Christs response reveals several signs and eventswhich will occur before His return.

W atch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in myname, claiming, 'I am the Christ, ' and will deceive many. You willhear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are notalarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

At that timemany will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate eachother, and many false prophets will appear and deceive manypeople. but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.

then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on theroof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. Let no onein the field go back to get his cloak. How dreadful it will be in those daysPray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. Then

there will be great tribulation , unequaled from the beginning of the worlduntil now--and never to be equaled again. If those days had not been cutshort, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days willbe shortened. Matthew 24:16-22

Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened,and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky,

At that time the sign of the S on of Man will appear in the sky, and all thenations of the earth will mourn. They will see the S on of Man coming onthe clouds of the sky, with power and great glory Matt. 24:29-30

And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they willgather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens tothe other (Matthew 24:31).

As it was in the days of N oah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving inmarriage, up to the day N oah entered the ark; and they knew nothing untilthe flood came and took them all away. Two men will be in the field; one willbe taken [received] and the other left. Two women will be grinding; one willbe taken [received] and the other left. Therefore keep watch,
