Ottawa residents certainly know how to make the most out of winter, but it will soon be time to shed those parkas and snowsuits and embrace the warm climate in the months to come. The Older Adult Recreation Guide is a great tool to help you decide how you’re going to spend time this upcoming season. It is easier than ever to live a creative and active lifestyle, whether your goal is to be healthier, or if you simply want to have some fun. Of course, there are many classes and programs at City facilities that give you the opportunity to do both. The warmer weather may incite you to get outside and be active in the sunshine and fresh air, or maybe you’re looking for something more artistic, like a pottery class, or social, like contract bridge.
