HOW WE WORK(MODUS OPERANDI)

• We first ensure that a tool-box meeting is held to shut down the well after reporting to site and obtaining a permit to work(PTW).We carry out the operation by

Performing a site survey and analysis which includes procedures of working, layout of pipes, reservoirs and getting samples from each well to determine its constitution.

Carry out a wax mapping i.e. depth of it in each well with the client.??

Prepare the RAP(Remediate action plan)Submit RAP for approval.Get approval for RAP.Prepare the budget.Get approval for the budget.Prepare the work plan.Mobilize to site enzyme, men,

equipment ,holding tank and mix the enzyme solution

Shut the well down systematically after the tool-box meeting.

Inspect the shutting down.

Inject the solution ,ensuring 20psi more than the internal pressure pump.

Allow to soak for about 5 to 7 hours.Connect the well back and monitor to

evaluate(the flow rate, the,, composition of the crude, the physical and chemical characteristics)?

Monitor the actual reduction in sludge,wax and the increase in production.

Close the site by re-opening the well.Submit all report duly signed to obtain a work

completion certificate(WCC) in collaboration with the client.

STEPS FOR TREATMENT

Get pumps of the right pressure.Pump crude from the well into the holding tank. Inject the enzyme formulation and allow it to mix in the

holding tank.Pump the solution from the holding tank into the well

and allow it to soak for 5 to 7 hours.Couple the well back.Repeat every 3 to 6 months. While treating ,ensure

that well is shut down, check whether the de-sander is faulty and change if so.
