With extra needed at Titan facility to challenge any operation

This unit is capable of pumping up to 180,000 SCFH of gaseous nitrogen with pressures up to 10,000 PSI and at discharge temperatures of 70°F. The prime mover is rated to a minimum of 600 BHP @ 2100 RPM.

The Titan PetroServices WNT-181601 combines a 180 SCFH nitrogen vaporization and pumping system with a 600 HP fluid pumping system in a trailer-mounted package. The Stewart & Stevenson non-fired nitrogensystem uses the engine (glycol/water) coolant system to pass heat from the engine and hydraulic systemto the liquid nitrogen using a highpressure heat exchanger. The fluid pumping system uses a diesel engineto drive a highpressure piston pump through a transmission.

Probably the biggest difference between regularbasic standard rope and multi-strand layered rope is in two basically distinctive categories.     1. Rope design  The number of layers contained in the rope itself.  2. Rope suspension strength  Simply another way of saying the ropes’ overallSimply another way of saying the ropes’ overallsupport strength through whatever the particular operational procedure that it will be required toperform.

In both rope combinations, the braids or cross sectional area of the particular piece of rope will usually be filled with metal in the crosshairs, but probably the greatest exception to the more probably the greatest exception to the more standard variety of rope with the exact same amount of strands is that for the multiple strand braid more metal sections will also usually be added to increase the ropes’ surface’s support strength.

Multiple strand rope produces a significant decrease in pressure and surface re- sistance. The rope has a minimum of two different directional lays, which are located on both the outer and inner layers of the strands. The multi-layer design keeps and prevents the rope from rotating on an axis. This is a specificapplication design which applies specifically tothe multi-strand variety of rope should the rope the multi-strand variety of rope should the rope need to be used for hoisting and/or short, medium,or long term time durations of lifting and holdingfree-suspending loads. The multi-layered design, often manufactured to fit inside of the piece of rope, and located in the ropes outer lay allows for a greater suspension and/or working capacity(of the wire line rope). The design also allows for(of the wire line rope). The design also allows forgreater long term sustainability for the piece of wire itself, which also greatly improves the multi-strand ropes’ operational working capacity.

Compacted rope is constructed during the ropes’ production process. Rollers compact the ropelayers, giving the overall compacted rope a smoothsurface. The smooth compacted surface gives the wire line a higher breaking strength, increased abrasion resistance, high resistance against being abrasion resistance, high resistance against being crushed under a high capacity of weight, and alsodecreased potential for sticking as it is wound ontoa sheave and drum. All of these things greatly contribute to increase both the efficiency withwhich the rope works as well as the ropes’ overall service life. Primarily, the biggest didifference between non compacted rope and compacted rope is that non compacted rope will tend to make contact with the drum as it is being wound while compacted rope does not.

Typical standard drilling rope will usually followthe eight strand model, using at least a minimum of eight strands in the ropes’ outer layer or “lay”. “lay”. The reason for this is that theeight strand variety of rope will usually provide a much higher degree of rope flexibility. The exception to the traditional eight strand wire line eight strand wire line rope lay is again the lesslayered six strand braid design type.

In this case, the rope is again modified in the rope’s production procedure to preform standard drillingRig procedures with a much higher level ofRig procedures with a much higher level ofefficiency and usually, also the ropeitself will have a much longer service life as well.
