She has also been involved in planning and scheduling and was responsible for extension of time assessments. Ms Mahmood has also practised risk management that included preventive risk management requiring the ability to appreciate the adverse issues at an early stage in a project. Simon Silbernagl Hill International Singapore Senior Consultant Mr. Simon Silbernagl has more than 16 years experience in major commercial construction, civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Europe and Asia. He specialises in the preparation and defense of delay and disruption claims for employers and contractors. He has been appointed as a party expert in the fields of both delay and disruption for building and civil engineering projects that were concluded via arbitration proceedings. He also provides expert technical advice on project management and project controls.
