Developed A Project Management Site

7

This is a shared Google Site - access enabled for all Alliance members.

This is where project lists, “road maps,” calendars, etc. are managed by the Alliance.

In time, when the Alliance has made significant progress, it may decide to share materials from this site on a mutually branded Alliance website with its own unique domain name.

Implementation Committee Recommendations

1. Remain opportunistic and continue analysis of existing collaborations to determine areas most likely to produce high yields – in priority areas - with the minimum investment of resources.

2. Review fundraising policies and procedures for both institutions in order to develop an agreement to secure philanthropic funding for priorities identified by the Collaborative.

3. Continue building out the project management website and tracking performance of original recommendations as well as all new initiatives.

4. Form “branding” sub committee to begin planning efforts for a joint web domain that would eventually be the public face of the Alliance.
