Integrated Management System OHS / WHS POLICY Occupational / Work Health and Safety Policy Steve Watson and Partners is committed to providing a safe work environment for all its staff, clients, suppliers, and members of the public who may work with us or come on to SWP property. We acknowledge that safety is of the utmost importance to senior management and it is our goal to continually improve Occupational / Work, Health and Safety (OHS/WHS) performance within the business. The key principles underpinning our policy are: - Take health and safety issues seriously at a senior management level - Consulting with employees and suppliers to ensure that OHS/WHS risks and hazards on sites are understood and addressed effectively We maintain and continuously improve a management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and all OHS/WHS legislation and other requirements which are relevant to our business. Our OHS / WHS objectives are to: - Have zero OHS/WHS incidents or accidents - Ensure that OHS/WHS hazards are identified, assessed and controlled as much as practically possible To achieve these objectives, we shall act to: - Communicate this policy to all existing employees and to new employees upon commencement - Consult with employees and representatives, if any - Complying with all OHS/WHS legislation and other requirements which are relevant to the company - Making our commitment to health and safety visible to all interested parties - Setting measurable objectives and targets which will be monitored to ensure continual improvement This policy is applicable to all personnel in Steve Watson and Partners Pty Ltd, including any vendors working on behalf of the company. Together with the measurable objectives and targets, the policy will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that it remains relevant and suitable to business operations. Our assessment was conducted in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015management system auditing standard. A further description of our responsibilities for the audit of the management system is located at http//www.pwc.com.au/certification.

In our opinion, the management system was suitably designed to meet the Requirements, in all material respects, as of 24 Nov, 2017.

This certificate remains valid from 24 Nov 2017 until 23 Nov 2020 and remains valid subject to satisfactory surveillance audits.
