It is my pleasure to invite you to join the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council for the 2016 Ohio Business Opportunity Fair (OBOF) in downtown Columbus, Ohio, June 27-29.

The OBOF is Ohio’s premier conference, bringing hundreds of corporate executives, minority business owners and government officials together each year. Held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the OBOF has a well-known distinction as a vehicle for developing relationships between minority businesses, corporations, and government agencies.

OBOF TRADE FAIR

Full OBOF Registration Fees do not include booth fees for the Trade Show.

Membership & Certification ValidationIn order to take advantage of discounted registration prices, your membership and certification must be verified by OMSDC. MBEs must be an OMSDC-certified MBE or hold an OMSDC Subscription Service. Corporate members are procurement entities paying local corporate dues to OMSDC. If your corporate membership or MBE certification is not current or cannot be verified by OMSDC,you will be charged the corporate non-member or non-certified supplier registration rate.

DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND PAID FOR BY MAY 27, 2016.

Online RegistrationYou can register online at www.OhioMSDC.org/OBOF. You must have a valid e-mail address to register online and receive confirmation. Online registration must be paid by June 17, 2016.

Payment OptionsCredit cards are accepted for advance, online and on-site registration. Payments made on-site must be by cash, check or credit card. On-site credit card payments are subject to a $5 surcharge. On-site requests for deferred payment will not be honored. A valid e-mail address is necessary to recieve acknowledgement of registration.

Registration Acknowledgement

When your registration form is received and processed, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail.

InvoicesPayments of invoiced registration must be received by June 17, 2016. Purchase orders for discounted registra-tions are acceptable if received by May 27, 2016. After May 27th regular registration fees apply and must be paid by June 17, 2016.

Full payment must be made for on-site registration. There is no invoicing for on-site registration.

On-Site RegistrationOn-site registration will be held at the Columbus Convention Center, Grand Battelle Lobby, as follows:

Wednesday, June 29 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

You must wear the appropriate OMSDC-issued badge to attend the Trade Fair, workshops, meal functions and special events.

Refund PolicyAll cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to OMSDC and e-mailed to [email protected] by June 17, 2016 for registrants to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after June 17, 2016, or for no shows.

Hotel InformationOMSDC has secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Columbus at a special rate of $135 per night. The special rates are in effect June 26-28 on a space-available basis. To take advantage of these special rates, please make your reservation by May 30, 2016. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at hotel’s prevailing rates. Reference “OBOF 2016” when making reservations to receive the special rate.
