Ohio Human Trafficking Commission Standards for Service to Trafficked Persons The Standards were developed by anti-human trafficking advocates in Ohio as a tool to assist communities in developing an effective network of services for victims of human tr afficking. The purpose of the Standard s is to encourage continuous quality improvement in trafficking-specific services, foster sharing of effective practices and ensure that trafficking survivors have access to effective services to help them heal from trauma and rebuild their lives.
