1. ADMIN User logs onto computer/Device 2. ADMIN User logs onto Office 365 as AACPS USER, click on the Tool gear on right side of screen
and select Office 365 Settings
3. From the panel on the left select Software 4. From the OneDrive for Business sync app click on INSTALL button 5. Click RUN and follow the prompts to complete install for RECOMMENDED Settings for AACPS User
To SYNC OneDrive for Business with Office Professional 2007/2010 installed Install SYNC App- REQUIRES ADMIN PRVLIDGES
6. After install is complete ADMIN logoff computer/device 7. AACPS User log into computer/Device 8. AACPS User log into Office 365 9. Click Sync from menu going across the top of OneDrive Screen
10. Click OK at screen that displays message that the feature needs to connect to Internet 11. AACPS User logs in with AACPS Organizational credentials 12. Click blue cloud which appears bottom right of screen 13. Click Sync Now 14. Click Show my Files 15. Opens Windows Explorer with OneDrive for Business under favorites
1. Click YES if Prompted to connect to Internet 2. Observe a blue Cloud will appear at the bottom right of your screen in the task bar 3. Click Show my Files and Windows Explorer will display OneDrive for Business folder under
favorites so files can be copied/moved between drives and folders
SHARE files with users in the AACPS Network SHARE FOLDER with AACPS User so that all files in Folder can be shared SHARE access options include VIEW or EDIT Documents you share or shared with you will appear in a Shared with Me folder When you invite someone to share an email will appear in your Inbox There is an option for you to email a share invite You can modify Share access between VIEW or EDIT You can UNSHARE a file or Folder
1. Select file or folder from document library 2. Click on SHARE from blue menu across top of page 3. Invite user or users you want to share file or folder with 4. Select the Access Edit or View 5. Optional to send them an email 6. Click Share
