OPPORTUNITY

The property presents a huge upside potential. The current owner maintains a very basic website

- www.bluebirdmotel.com.

The current owners do not do any online marketing and there are no online promotions and

deals to increase occupancy.

They are totally dependent on repeat business and walk-in customers.

In developing a proper website that is more appealing and having a booking engine will draw

more business. Also, using social media initiatives will also help in filling up more rooms.
