Our quality model shapes the entire way we deliver our services. At its centre lies one thing - you and your experience of using library services. We have 9 principles which make up the library promises to you and they inform all of our library activity and initiatives. We’ll be making more information available soon but in the mean time visit the library web pages to read about our 9 principles.
