Traffic OrdinanceChapter 4 Speed Regulations
AN ORDINANCE to enact, codify, amend and revise the Town of Pittsford's Traffic Ordinance,Chapter 4, Speed Regulations, subsection 24Q1 as adopted on February 6, 1 980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF PITTSFORD, VERMONT, THATTHE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THOWN'S TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 4, SPEEDREGULATIONS, SUBSECTION 2401 :
AMENDMENT (E) - Maximum Speed limit on the following Town owned Covered Bridges willbe 15 mph for the Cooley Bridge and Gorham Bridge and 20 mph for the Depot Hill Bridge. Allviolations, penalties and enforcement of this amendment will be in accordance with the speedregulations listed in Chapter 4 of the Town's Traffic Ordinance.
