OnSync has been selected over a number of competitors due to the strong API and the flexible white-labeling options. It will be used to help facilitate arbitration and mediation processes through the use of web-conferencing in the Ecuadorian judicial system.

Indra has committed a total of 80 experts to the implementation of this project. They have already expressed a strong interest in reselling OnSync to other Latin American governments running the SEINSIR platform that currently includes Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and Argentina

Law Project on non Judicial Mediation in Brazil

Art. 42.: A mediação poderá ser feita pela internet ou por outro meio de comunicação que permita a transação a distância, desde que as partes estejam de acordó. Parágrafo único. É facultado a parte domiciliada no exterior submeter-se á mediação segundo as regras estabelecidas nesta Lei.

Art. 42: The mediation will have the possibility to be done on the internet or another media of communication wich allows distance transaction, as long as the parts consent. Unique paragraph. It is allowed that a party established abroad can submit to mediation according to the rules established by our Law.

New Regional Code of Laws on Consumption of Buenos Aires

Today the New Regional Code works on a face to face basis. The parties have to attend physically to the offices of Consumption Justice of the City of Buenos Aires, where a mediator will work on the case between a business and a customer.

The attempt is to introduce Youstice as platform for Online Dispute Resolution on consumption conflicts and that its resolutions might be binding.
