CW High School Student is Accepting Donations for Clothing & Necessity Drive My name is Robyn and I live on Frederick Circle. My 11th grade PLHS daughter is organizing a clothing and necessity drive for the two organizations for her affiliation with National Honor Society & Key Club . She tutors every day after school for a group of low income kids on the corner of 72nd and Harrison in a low income housing facility run by Mercy Housing. It came to her attention that many of the children do not have necessities going in to the winter months due to lack of means . This is how it started , but her vision has grown and so we contacted Heartland Family Services that cares for a wide range of needs of children . With your help , her hope is to gather gently used , clean clothing as well as toiletries including diaper wipes that can be brought to these facilities for distribution. We would be happy to collect anything that you would be willing to donate to this cause. Please email me at rla [email protected] and leave your items on the front porch and we can pick them up from there . Thank you so much for your help and time with this effort.
