The role will also manage a small team of OCVA volunteers. We need someone who is a good team player, self-motivated, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritise and has the ability to motivate others effectively. Volunteer Centre Co-ordinator Hours: 25- 30 (job share considered)

Salary: IRO £25,000 pa pro rata

The post holder will take forward our newly developed Volunteer Strategy to raise the profile of volunteering across Oxfordshire County, working with partners and supporting other organisations to effectively recruit, support and retain volunteers. The role will also manage a small team of OCVA volunteers.

Training Co-ordinator Hours: 25-30 Salary: IRO £22,000 pa pro rata

The post holder will develop and co-ordinate a portfolio of training for volunteers, staff and trustees in the voluntary and community sector (VCS), working with other training providers to develop a Training Framework for the VCS including progression routes.

The person appointed will be a good team player, have the ability to engage with a wide variety of audiences to promote courses, be motivated and have the ability to work to deadlines.
