Fall is here! My favorite time of the year. The yummy smells, the crisp air and the beautiful
colors. I hope this season brings you joy, relaxation and time with family and friends.

Ice Cream Day Movie at the Pool
Please join us for a showing of Cruella at the
main pool on Friday, October 8th at 5:45pm.
The movie will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
We will have some beverages and snacks
waiting for you. Don’t forget your Oak Creek

Halloween Scavenger Hunt Game Day: BINGO
Lets hang and play some games on
Tuesday, October 12th from 4:00-5:00pm
near the main pool. This will be an outdoor
event pending weather conditions. Snacks,
beverages and prizes will be included.

This is a spooktacular event that you don’t
want to miss on Friday, October 29th from
4:00pm-5:00pm!! Trick or treating just got
better with a scavenger hunt. You must
make a reservation to participate and cos-
tumes are required. Please check-in at the
Clubhouse at 4:00pm to receive your candy
bag and map.

**Fitness Center and Locker Rooms will be closed
October 4th-8th due to floor installation**
*Balcony/Patio:
Should not be used as storage. Please remove all
items that are not patio furniture or a small
amount or outdoor plants,
*Ball Machine:
Available daily during Club hours. You must cre-
ate an online reservation first at court #3 and
then call 650-384-4716 to reserve the ball ma-
chine key. Please note that the ball machine will
be closed on rainy days and will reopen after 3
consecutive sunny days.
*Dry Cleaning Services:
Dry cleaning service provided by 1-800-DRY-
CLEAN is available at the Club. If you need more
information, please call the Club at 650-384-4716.
Laundry deliveries are set for Fridays only.

Stretch/Yin Yoga Class Instructor: Angela Holzer
Enjoy a class focused on stretching and deep breathing! We’ll increase our flexibility, improve posture
and target all the muscles in our body.
Mondays at 9:30am

This class will start out with a 10 minute seated
meditation, then 20 minutes of floor stretches. The rest of the
class will be in a peaceful relaxation position.
Mondays at 10:30am and Thursdays at 7pm
Gentle Yoga Instructor: Angela Holzer
The Gentle Yoga class focuses on increasing core strength, flexibility and relaxation. This class is
for all levels including beginners and yogis!

Pilates Stretch

This low impact class is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, develop your balance and increase
your flexibility.

Aqua Aerobics is back! A fun way to burn between 450-700 calories an hour!

Monthly Specialty Class- Laughter Yoga

We will start out doing a normal yoga flow, then end with techniques that mimic laughter. Laughter is a healing experience and we will be doing laughter
exercises to get the blood flowing. March 10 at 9:30am
Circuit Weight Training Instructor: Anna Alioto
Circuit Weight Training introduces the student to a fitness program of progressive resistive exercises
designed to promote improvement in muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and
flexibility, as well as decrease in body fat Percentage.
Wednesdays at 6pm Beginners Tai Chi/Qi Gong Instructor: Angela Holzer
We will be learning the basic movements of Tai Chi and Qigong. Come join us!
