Staci Sanders / Secretary

PVRA is a special equestrian club. I have been a member for 20 years and been on the board a couples times as Secretary. Taking notes at meetings is not the only critical job of secretary but also fostering communication throughout the club. I enjoy learning new things about our great club and how we can improve and grow. This year I was involved with Marketing & Sponsorships, Open Schooling, Games Day, & the new All Breed Show. I am a Computer Engineer when I'm not riding horses so helping with the PVRA website has always been a fun hobby!

Amanda Bard

My name is Amanda Bard and I’m running for a position on the board. A little about my horse history… I have been a PVRA member for 18 years and have been riding all my life. I have participated in virtually every discipline at PVRA but would consider myself a jumper, although I’m not much of a competitor. I’ve also done dressage, three-day eventing, gymkhana, drill team, flags, and I even ran for Rodeo Queen. I have training on both the water truck and the tractor so I have other skills as well. You could say I’ve spent time on the grounds as a rider, arena maintenance, and as a volunteer. More recently, I’ve been the creator, organizer, and driving force behind the new and highly successful Games Day show. Since I have experience in almost every activity at PVRA, I value every discipline. I’m running for a board position because I want to see PVRA succeed as a facility and I want to be a part of that. Thank you for your consideration.

Hello Ms. Tibbs, I have enclosed (2) alternative Display Ads layouts (see above and next page). For you to consider depending on space availability and which may be better suited for balance and effect. However, my preference would be an outside edge (tall/slim) half page. You can simply cut and paste from this WORD document and size it properly to your requirements. Expect my check in the mail in the amount of $20 (member rate) for the month of September. Thank You Rexy Vicardo

Water truck rental is in September total, not this month. Sand is needed for arena 1, and probably dressage, and should be done after Rodeo, and shouldn't use all monies in the arena maintenance budget ($6,700). Hunter Jumper to help them set up, show income sharing can supply balls for Polo. Marketing: No reportTrainer Certifs: No report.Chuckwagon: (Gwen) Income is based on show attendance. There needs to be an alternate menu/team for when Gwen isn't available. Rentals: (Nancy) Nancy moved to sign contract for Tournament of the Phoenix with amended amount due, Connie seconded.
