Save the Date! Mrs. DeWys Declares Bentheim Elementary School~Volume 11, Issue 6 Classroom Helps Thank you so much to those of you who have already sent in classroom supplies to help us out! We all really appreciate having these small yet very necessary items at our fingertips. At this time, we are still in need of more antibacterial hand sanitizer. Every other need has been met! Thanks, again! What’s New in Resource Room? This has been sort of a crazy week in our room. We’ve had MEAP testing for upper elementary students, changes in schedules for all students (due to the MEAP), and we welcomed two new students to our class! Wow! It was crazy, but it also seemed to fly by! The upper elementary students are working hard on their MEAP tests, which I really admire because I know these tests can seem long and tedious to them. I have also really been impressed by the flexibility of our younger students as they haven’t always been able to come down to the room for the times that they are used to seeing me. Keep up that good work and flexibility for one more week and we should be finished! Mrs. DeWys MEAP Testing October 11-20, 2011 Testing for 3 rd , 4 th , and 5 th graders will take place during these days. Fundraiser Pick Up October 19, 2011 Fall fundraiser items can be picked up on this date from 3:30-5:30. P/T Conferences October 24/25, 2011 I look forward to joining you in your conference with your child’s general education teacher. OCTOBER 14, 2011
