What do you know about business documents?
Recap of Business Documents Business Documents have a house style – logo, fonts,
images etc. – and it is used to make a set of documents that look co-ordinated

A business letter is a letter written in formal language, usually used when writing from one business organisation to another, or for correspondence between such organisations and their customers, clients and other external parties.
Your letter must have:

A business Card is a small card on which is printed, typically, a person's name, job title, firm, business address, and telephone number.
Your Business Card needs to inform contacts who you are, you contact details, position with in Downloadable Tunes and
the company "house style".

Evidence of: A Memo
A memo is a document sent within a company (internal), usually a shorter piece of writing with specific content. Unlike an essay, a memo is geared towards highlighting certain aspects.
Your memo needs to tell the owner (your teacher) of Downloadable Tunes that the changes that they
requested to the spreadsheet and database have been completed.

What you could include in your newsletter
•Text - such as the company history, special offers and music reviews
•Images - choose at least two of the following:• scanned images of Downloadable staff• clipart images• digital camera images of Downloadable staff• the Downloadable Tunes logo• Images from the Internet (must be copyright free and sourced)• Graphs (which you have created and could be based upon information about the different customer groups. E.g. age and towns)
