In the past year we have added a repurposed element to our design services. We work with the community to retro fit any furnishings into newly upgraded model interiors or clubhouses. We feel this will help developers on cost issues while being socially conscious.

Our newly developed Lifestyle Packages offer communities a marketing toolTo use with new rentals, lease renewals or to target units that are harder to rent.Our packages are completely designed using an array of the best products in Design. Items in each package range 46 to 75 items are priced starting at 699.00

In an effort to give back to our communities, we have began a project,Pay if Forward. Through our talents as interior designers we work to helpFamilies, children’s homes or other various projects within our community By donating our time and treasures to make a difference in the lives ofOthers. We simply ask that each person also make the commitment of Paying it forward with their time and talents to others.

a lifestyle package is simply an interior designed models without the cost of a fully furnished model. for the same reason a retail store displays clothing on a mannequin instead of a shelf; people need help visualizing. studies show that furnished models can increase sales by 78%. with our packaged model plan you can purchase decor packages to stage vacant units, freshen up existing model units or hard to rent units. choose from 4 designs and have them shipped directly to you. use them as incentives to sign a lease or sign a longer lease. rotate the packages to vacant units as they become rent ready.
