TSI 8016 ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL16x 30ml bottles are supplied with kit. You will have approximately 8 hours of testing per cartridge of alcohol. Each 30ml bottle will equate to approximately 2 fills of the cartridge. So 16 bottles ~30 days of testing.

TSI 803011 SALT TABLETSUsed in the 8026 Particle Generator (provided with the 8038; optional with the 8030). The generator is supplied with 100 salt tablets. A single salt tablet is sufficient for one 8–10 hour day of testing, therefore each system would have sufficient salt tables for approximately 100 days of operation.

TSI 800197 TWIN-TUBE SAMPLING HOSESupplied with 8030 and 8038. We would suggest 3 additional tube sets per system per year as the tubes can fill with moisture over time or get damaged.

TSI 8033 ALCOHOL WICKS FOR PORTACOUNTTwo wicks are supplied with the 8030 and 8038 – one in use whilst other is drying / reconditioning. If you are fit testing in very humid conditions you may need more than the standard two for swap over, as you will need to wait longer for the wicks to dry out. In most cases, a package of 10 will be more than enough as a backup.

ZEFON VIA-CELL® BIOAEROSOL SAMPLING CASSETTEThe first disposable cassette impactor that brings simplicity and reliability to viable sampling combined with multiple analysis options. The Zefon Via-Cell® Bioaerosol Sampling Cassette is designed to collect both viable and non-viable bioaerosols, maintain viability of the viable mould spores and prevent growth during transport to the laboratory. Sampling with the Via-Cell® is very similar to its sister product, the Air-O-Cell®. Simply connect it to any pump calibrated to 15LPM and run your sample.

ZEFON AIR-O-CELL® BIOAEROSOL SAMPLING CASSETTEThe Air-O-Cell® is a unique air sampling cassette specifically designed for the rapid collection of a wide range of airborne aerosols including mould spores. The adhesive nature of the collection media prevents the collected particulate from blurring or being washed off during the laboratory staining process, and eliminates sample loss from vibration during handling and shipment.
