CONCLUSIONS
• La non observance du traitement AAP– Grave dans tous les domaines où ils sont utiles et tout
particulièrement après pose de stents– Chère du fait des évènements (réhospitalisations)– Prévisible
• âge• conditions socio-économiques• compréhension du traitement• ordonnance, prescription, nombre de traitements• règles autour des arrêts prévus• Notre rôle est capital
• Passer un peu de temps - pour écrire correctement et lisiblement la prescription- pour expliquer au patient l’importance de ses traitements
• L'utilisation d'un pilulier est aujourd'hui recommandée par les professionnels de santé comme une aide majeure à l'observance
