Page 1 of 2 OBLIGATION AGREEMENT Property Owner/Grantor: Stimson Lumber Company, an Oregon corporation Taxlot: 01S10W-802 File Number: 001 In addition to the negotiated and accepted compensation of $227,951.79 and items acquired in the Permanent Right of Way Easement and the Temporary Construction Easement, Tillamook County agrees to: • Construct four road approaches and mutually agreed approved gates adjacent the right of way alignment at station locations 332+62 LT & RT, 343+00 RT and 362+50 RT that will extend approximately 145 ft & 130 ft, 100 ft and 110 ft from the road centerline. (See attached Exhibit A for stationing locations.) • To assist with cable logging operations and tail hold anchors. (See attached Exhibit A for stationing locations.) County will install pipes under the roadway every 150 ft between stations 336+00 and 351+00 (inclusive). It is understood and agreed that County’s performance of this agreement shall be a portion of the consideration for the concurrent real property transaction evidenced by the Right of Way Permanent Easement and the Temporary Construction Easement between the Grantor and Tillamook County. This document shall not be effective nor binding until the Grantor receive notice from Tillamook County, accepting the conveyance of the real property interests.
