4 AnwendungshinweiseProdukt vor der ersten Anwendung und vor

1. Verbinden Sie die Silikondichtung mit dem Griffstück.2.
Schrauben Sie das Schaftrohr auf das Griffstück.3. Drücken Sie den
Entriegelungsknopf und führen Sie den Ein-
satz bis zum Anschlag in das Schaftrohr ein.4. Um den Einsatz
einzurasten, öffnen und schließen Sie die
Handgriffe.5. Verbinden Sie das Produkt mit einem passenden
Erbe-An-
schlusskabel für bipolare Koagulationszangen/Fasszangen (ohne
Abbildung).
4.2 Geräteeinstellungen
Erbe Elektromedizin empfiehlt, das Instrument im
Soft-Koagula-tionsmodus zu betreiben.
4.3 Produkt anschließen
1. Schließen Sie das Produkt an der Bipolaren Buchse an.
4.4 Produkt handhaben
Bei den Koagulationszangen lassen sich die Maulteile ausfahren,
indem die Handgriffe auseinandergezogen werden. Die Maultei-le
verbleiben in der gewählten Position.
Bei den Fasszangen lassen sich die Maulteile ausfahren, indem
die Handgriffe zusammengedrückt werden. Die Maulteile kehren in den
Außenschaft zurück, sobald die Handgriffe losgelassen werden.
Beim Einführen in oder Herausnehmen aus der Trokarhülse müssen
die Maulteile der bipolaren Zangen vollständig ge-schlossen, das
Ventil des Trokars hingegen vollständig geöffnet sein! Vorsichtig
verfahren! Keinerlei Gewalt anwenden!

5 Reinigung, Desinfektion, Sterilisation
5.1 Sicherheitshinweise
Erbe Elektromedizin empfiehlt eine maschinelle
Reinigung/Desinfektion. Eine manuelle Reinigung wird aufgrund der
deut-lich geringeren Wirksamkeit nicht empfohlen.
Zur Reinigung keinesfalls scharfe oder scheuernde Gegenstände
verwenden.
Desinfektionsmittel müssen nach Gebrauch gut abgespült
wer-den!
Das Produkt kann bis maximal 95 °C gereinigt/desinfiziert
wer-den.
Angaben des Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittelherstellers
unbedingt einhalten.
Sterilisierbar bis maximal 134 °C.
Nicht in Heißluft sterilisieren!
5.2 Begrenzung der Wiederaufbereitung
Häufiges Wiederaufbereiten hat Auswirkungen auf dieses Pro-dukt.
Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise zur Kontrolle des Produkts.
Bei offensichtlichen Beschädigungen oder
Funktions-beeinträchtigungen darf das Produkt nicht mehr verwendet
wer-den.

5.3 Empfohlene Ausstattung/Mittel
Die Lebensdauer des Produkts, Reinigungswirkung und Sterilität
sind bei Verwendung der nachfolgenden Reinigungs- und
Auf-bereitungsprozeduren validiert, wenn die empfohlenen oder
gleichwertigen Mittel gemäß Herstellerempfehlung verwendet werden.•
Manuelle Reinigung/Desinfektion mit dem Reinigungsmittel
Cidezyme ® LF/Enzol und dem Desinfektionsmittel Cidex ® OPA
(Johnson & Johnson Medical Limited, Gargrave, Skip-ton).
• Maschinelle Reinigung/Desinfektion in einem Desinfektor G 7836
CD (Miele & Cie. KG, Gütersloh/Deutschland) mit dem
Reinigungsmittel neodisher ® mediclean forte (Dr. Weigert GmbH
& Co. KG, Hamburg/Deutschland) gemäß empfohlenem
Waschprogramm.
5.4 Empfohlene Verfahren
Erbe empfiehlt die nachfolgend beschriebenen
Aufbereitungs-verfahren. Gleichwertige abweichende Verfahren sind
möglich, sofern nicht explizit ausgeschlossen. Dem Anwender obliegt
die Verantwortung, die Eignung der tatsächlich angewendeten
Ver-fahren durch geeignete Maßnahmen (z.B. Validierung,
Routine-überwachung, Prüfung der Materialverträglichkeit)
sicherzustel-len.
5.5 Zerlegen
Das Produkt muss im zerlegten Zustand aufbereitet werden.
1. Ziehen Sie das Anschlusskabel vom Griffstück ab (ohne
Ab-bildung).

2. Koagulationszangen: Schließen Sie die Handgriffe.3. Drücken
Sie den Entriegelungsknopf und ziehen Sie den Ein-

Griffstück.5. Ziehen Sie die Silikondichtung vom Griffstück.
5.6 Vorreinigung
Verwenden Sie zur Vorreinigung Wasser, ggf. ein nicht
fixieren-des Desinfektionsmittel.
1. Spülen Sie das Produkt unter fließendem Wasser.2. Entfernen
Sie Oberflächenverschmutzungen mit einer wei-
chen Bürste/einem weichen Tuch.3. Ziehen Sie auf den
Instrumentenschaft den Spülschlauch
(Art.-Nr. 20195-201) mit zugehörigem Spüladapter. 4. Säubern Sie
das Innenlumen des Instrumentenschafts mit
Hilfe einer Bürste (z.B. Art.-Nr. 20191-279) und spülen Sie das
Innenlumen mit Hilfe einer Einmalspritze so lange durch, bis die
Spülflüssigkeit frei von Verunreinigungen ist.
5. Bewegen Sie die beweglichen Teile mehrmals hin und her.

5.7 Manuelle Reinigung und Desinfektion
Verwenden Sie ein flüssiges Reinigungsmittel, das für die
Berei-tung eines Tauchbads geeignet ist.
Verwenden Sie ein zum Reinigungsmittel kompatibles
Desinfek-tionsmittel, das für die Bereitung eines Tauchbads
geeignet ist.
Das Reinigungs- und das Desinfektionsmittel müssen für
Medi-zinprodukte aus Kunststoff und Metall geeignet sein und einen
pH-Wert zwischen 5,5 und 11 aufweisen.
Reinigung
1. Bereiten Sie mit dem Reinigungsmittel gemäß
Herstelleran-gaben ein Reinigungsbad.
2. Legen Sie die Instrumententeile vorsichtig in das
Reini-gungsbad, sodass sie vollständig bedeckt sind und keine
an-deren Instrumente/Instrumententeile berühren.
3. Belassen Sie die Instrumententeile über die vorgegebene
Einwirkzeit im Reinigungsbad.
4. Entfernen Sie gegebenenfalls noch anhaftende Verschmut-zungen
mit einem sauberen weichen Tuch oder einer wei-chen
Kunststoffbürste.
5. Fahren Sie mit einer Bürste (z.B. Art.-Nr. 20191-279)
min-destens 5 Mal in den Instrumentenschaft hinein.
6. Nehmen Sie die Instrumententeile vorsichtig aus dem
Reini-gungsbad.
7. Spülen Sie die Instrumententeile gründlich unter fließendem
Leitungswasser (jeweils mind. 1 Minute).
8. Trocknen Sie die Instrumententeile einschließlich aller
Lumi-na leicht mit Druckluft.
9. Kontrollieren Sie die Instrumententeile auf Schmutzreste und
wiederholen Sie bei Bedarf die manuelle Reinigung.

Desinfektion
Nur saubere, leicht getrocknete Instrumententeile
desinfizieren.
1. Bereiten Sie mit dem Desinfektionsmittel gemäß
Hersteller-angaben ein Desinfektionsbad.
2. Legen Sie die Instrumententeile vorsichtig in das
Desinfekti-onsbad, sodass sie vollständig bedeckt sind und keine
ande-ren Instrumente/Instrumententeile berühren. Dabei müssen alle
Lumina mit Desinfektionslösung gefüllt und keine Luft-blasen mehr
vorhanden sein.
3. Belassen Sie die Instrumententeile über die vorgegebene
Einwirkzeit im Desinfektionsbad.
4. Nehmen Sie die Instrumententeile vorsichtig aus dem
Desin-fektionsbad.
5. Spülen Sie die Instrumententeile gründlich mit sterilem
destillierten Wasser.
6. Trocknen Sie die Instrumententeile gründlich mit Druckluft.
Achten Sie darauf, dass auch alle Lumina von Flüssigkeit be-freit
sind.
5.8 Maschinelle Reinigung und Desinfektion
Das Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsgerät muss eine grundsätz-lich
geprüfte Wirksamkeit besitzen (z.B. CE-Kennzeichnung ent-sprechend
DIN EN ISO 15883).
Das Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel muss für
Medizinpro-dukte aus Kunststoff und Metall geeignet sein und einen
pH-Wert zwischen 5,5 und 11 aufweisen.
1. Legen Sie die Instrumententeile vorsichtig in einen
geeigne-ten Spülkorb. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine
Instrumen-te/Instrumententeile berühren.

2. Ziehen Sie auf den Instrumentenschaft den Spülschlauch
(Art.-Nr. 20195-201) mit zugehörigem Spüladapter und schließen Sie
den Spülschlauch an einem Spülanschluss des Desinfektors an.
3. Starten Sie ein geprüftes Programm mit folgenden
Eigen-schaften:– Thermische Desinfektion (5 bis 10 Minuten bei 90
bis
93 °C).– Schlussspülung mit destilliertem oder
vollentsalztem
Wasser.– Ausreichende Produkttrocknung.
5.9 Kontrolle
1. Kontrollieren Sie das Produkt auf sichtbare Beschädigungen
und Verschleiß:– Beschädigungen am Produkt, z.B. Risse, raue
Oberfläche,
Absplitterungen.– Beschädigungen an der Isolation des Produkts
und/oder
des Kabels/Steckers, z.B. Risse und Brüche.– Beschädigungen an
der Beschichtung.– Verbiegungen am Produkt oder von Teilen des
Produkts.
Verbogene Teile nicht zurückbiegen.
Falls schadhaft, dieses Produkt nicht verwenden!
5.10 Verpacken
1. Verpacken Sie das Produkt in eine
Einmalsterilisationsverpa-ckung (Einfach- oder Doppelverpackung)
aus Papier/Folie und/oder in einen Sterilisationscontainer.

5.11 Sterilisieren
Nur gereinigte und desinfizierte Produkte sterilisieren.
Erbe Elektromedizin empfiehlt die Dampfsterilisation mit
nach-folgend beschriebenem Verfahren. Der Einsatz anderer
Sterilisa-tionsverfahren geschieht außerhalb der Verantwortung von
Erbe Elektromedizin.

Protect this product from any form of mechanical damage! Do not
throw! Do not use force! If there is a cable, and unless stated
otherwise, do not kink it or wrap it around the accompanying
product!
If components or parts of the product are bent, do not attempt
to straighten them!
Always check that the product is functioning correctly before
use!
Erbe Elektromedizin expressly warns against modifying the
product. Any modification exempts Erbe Elektromedizin from any and
all liability.
4 How to useClean, disinfect and sterilize the product before
using it for the first time and before every subsequent use.
4.1 Assembling the product
1. Connect the silicone seal to the handle.2. Screw the shaft
tube onto the handle.

3. Press the release button and guide the insert into the shaft
tube as far as it goes.
4. To snap the insert into place, open and close the
handpiece.5. Attach the product to a matching Erbe connecting cable
for
bipolar coagulation forceps/grasping forceps (no picture).
4.2 Unit settings
Erbe Elektromedizin recommends operating the instrument in soft
coagulation mode.
4.3 Connect up the product
1. Connect the product to the bipolar socket.
4.4 Using the product
The jaws of the coagulation forceps can be extended by moving
the handles apart. The jaws remain in the chosen position.
The jaws of the grasping forceps can be extended by bringing the
handles together. The jaws retract into the outer sheath as soon as
the handles are released.
When the bipolar forceps are inserted into or removed from the
trocar sheath, the jaws must be completely closed. The trocar
valve, however, must be fully open! Proceed with care! Do not use
force!

5 Cleaning, disinfection, sterilization
5.1 Safety instructions
Erbe Elektromedizin recommends machine cleaning/disinfection.
Because it is much less effective, manual cleaning is not
recommended.
On no account use sharp or abrasive objects for cleaning
purpos-es.
Disinfectants must be rinsed off thoroughly after use!
The product can be cleaned/disinfected up to a maximum
tem-perature of 95 °C.
It is essential to follow the cleaning agent and disinfectant
man-ufacturers’ instructions.
Can be sterilized up to a maximum temperature of 134 °C.
Do not sterilize in hot air!
5.2 Reprocessing limitation
Frequent reprocessing can damage this product. Observe the
safety instructions for checking the product. With visible damage
or functional impairment, the product may no longer be used.
5.3 Recommended equipment / substances
The service life of the product, cleaning action and sterility
are validated for the following cleaning and preparation procedures
if the recommended or equivalent substances are used in accor-dance
with the manufacturer's instructions.• Manual cleaning/disinfection
with the detergent
Cidezyme ® LF/Enzol and disinfectant Cidex ® OPA (John-son &

Hamburg, Germany) with the recommended washing program.
5.4 Recommended methods
Erbe recommends the preparation procedures described below.
Equivalent different procedures are possible if not explicitly
ex-cluded. It is incumbent on the user to ensure the suitability of
the actual procedures used by means of suitable measures (e.g.
val-idation, routine monitoring, check of material
compatibility).
5.5 Dismantling
The product must be prepared while it is dismantled.
1. Disconnect the connection cable from the handle (no
pic-ture).

5.6 Precleaning
Use water for precleaning, a non-fixing disinfectant if
necessary.
1. Rinse the product under running water.2. Remove surface
contaminants with a soft brush/cloth.3. Pull the irrigation tube
(Art. No. 20195-201) with its irriga-
tion adapter onto the instrument sheath. 4. Use a brush (e.g.
Art. No. 20191-279) to clean the internal
lumen and a disposable syringe to rinse the internal lumen until
the irrigation liquid is free of contamination.
5. Move movable parts back and forth several times.
5.7 Manual cleaning and disinfection
Use a liquid detergent suitable for the preparation of a dipping
bath.
Use a disinfectant compatible with the detergent suitable for
the preparation of a dipping bath.
The detergent and disinfectant used must be suitable for plastic
and metal medical devices; the pH of these agents must lie be-tween
5.5 and 11.
Cleaning
1. Prepare a cleaning bath with the detergent according to the
manufacturer's directions.
2. Place the instrument parts carefully in the cleaning bath, so
that they are completely covered and do not come into con-tact with
other instruments/instrument parts.
3. Leave the instrument parts in the cleaning bath for the
spec-ified action time.

4. If necessary, clean off any adhering contaminants with a
clean, soft cloth or a soft plastic brush.
5. Insert a brush (e.g. Art. No. 20191-279) into the instrument
sheath at least 5 times.
6. Carefully remove the instrument parts from the cleaning
bath.
7. Flush the instrument parts thoroughly under running tap water
(for at least 1minute).
8. Dry the instrument parts, including all the lumens, lightly
us-ing compressed air.
9. Check the instrument parts for contaminating residues and if
necessary repeat the cleaning process.
Disinfection
Disinfect only clean and gently dried instrument parts.
1. Prepare a disinfectant bath with the disinfectant according
to the manufacturer's directions.
2. Carefully lay the instrument parts in the disinfection bath
in such a way that they are completely immersed and do not come
into contact with other instruments or instrument parts. When doing
so, all the lumens must be filled with dis-infectant solution and
there must be no more air bubbles.
3. Leave the instrument parts in the disinfectant bath for the
specified action time.
4. Carefully remove the instrument parts from the disinfectant
bath.
5. Flush the instrument parts thoroughly with sterile distilled
water.
6. Dry the instrument parts thoroughly using compressed air.
Make sure the liquid is removed from all the lumens also.

5.8 Cleaning and disinfection by machine
The washer/disinfector must have fundamentally certified
ef-fectiveness (e.g. CE marking according to DIN EN ISO 15883).
The detergent and disinfectant must be suitable for medical
de-vices made of plastic and metal and have a pH value between 5.5
and 11.
1. Place the instrument parts in a suitable rinsing basket
care-fully. Make sure no instruments or instrument parts are
touching one another.
2. Pull the rinsing tube (Art. No. 20195-201) with its rinsing
adapter onto the instrument sheath and connect the rinsing tube to
a rinse nozzle on the disinfector.
3. Start a tested program with the following properties:–
Thermal disinfection (5 to 10 minutes at 90 to 93 °C).– Final rinse
with distilled or deionized water.– Sufficient product drying.
5.9 Check
1. Check the product for visible damage and wear:– Damage to the
product, e.g. cracks, rough surface, splin-
tering.– Damage to the product insulation and/or
cable/connec-
tor insulation, e.g. cracks and breaks.– Damage to the coating.–
Bending of the product or parts of the product. Do not at-
tempt to straighten bent instruments!
If damaged, do not use this product!

5.10 Packaging
1. Pack the product in disposable sterilization packaging
(single or double packaging) made from paper/polyethylene and/or in
a sterilization container.
5.11 Sterilization
Only sterilize products that have been cleaned and
disinfected.
Erbe Elektromedizin recommends steam sterilization with the
method described below. If other sterilization methods are used,
Erbe Elektromedizin shall bear no responsibility.

Ne jamais déposer sur le patient ni à proximité immédiate de
ce-lui-ci.
Protéger ce produit contre tout dommage mécanique. Ne pas
je-ter. Ne jamais forcer. Sauf mention contraire, ne pas plier le
câble éventuel ni l’enrouler autour de l’équipement dont il fait
partie.
Ne jamais redresser des composants ou des pièces du produit
déformés.
Vérifier le parfait fonctionnement du produit avant chaque
em-ploi.
Erbe Elektromedizin met expressément en garde contre toute
modification du produit et décline toute responsabilité dans un tel
cas.
4 Consignes d'utilisationNettoyer, désinfecter et stériliser le

1. Raccorder le joint en silicone au manche.2. Visser le tube
sur le manche.3. Appuyer sur le bouton de déverrouillage et
enfoncer l'insert
à fond dans le tube.4. Pour verrouiller l'insert, écarter et
rapprocher les branches
de l'instrument.5. Raccorder le produit à un câble de connexion

la figure).
4.2 Réglages de l'appareil
Erbe recommande d'utiliser l'instrument en mode de coagula-tion
douce.
4.3 Connecter le produit
1. Connecter le produit à la sortie bipolaire.
4.4 Mode d'emploi du produit
Pour les pinces de coagulation, il faut écarter les poignées
pour faire sortir les mors, lesquels restent dans la position
choisie.
Pour les pinces de préhension, il faut rapprocher les poignées
pour faire sortir les mors. Ceux-ci se rétractent dans la chemise
extérieure dès que l'on relâche les poignées.
Les mors des pinces bipolaires doivent être entièrement fermés
lorsque l'on introduit la pince dans le trocart, ou pour l'en
res-sortir, la soupape du trocart, par contre, entièrement ouverte.
Procéder avec prudence. Ne jamais faire usage de la force.

5 Nettoyage, désinfection et stérilisation
5.1 Consignes de sécurité
Erbe Elektromedizin recommande un nettoyage/une désinfec-tion en
machine. Un nettoyage manuel n'est pas conseillé en rai-son de son
efficacité nettement moindre.
N'utiliser en aucun cas des objets tranchants ou abrasifs pour
le nettoyage.
Bien rincer les instruments après la désinfection.
Le produit peut être nettoyé / désinfecté jusqu'à une
tempéra-ture maximale de 95 °C.
Respecter impérativement les instructions du fabricant de
pro-duits nettoyants et de produits désinfectants.
Peut être stérilisé jusqu'à une température maximale de 134
°C.
Ne pas stériliser à l'air chaud.
5.2 Limitation de la préparation
Des décontaminations fréquentes ont des effets sur ce produit.
Veuillez s'il vous plaît vous conformer aux consignes de sécurité
pour le contrôle du produit. Ne plus utiliser le produit s'il
pré-sente des dommages manifestes ou s'il ne fonctionne plus
cor-rectement.
5.3 Equipement / Moyens recommandés
La longévité du produit, l'efficacité du nettoyage et la
stérilité ne sont validées que si l'on applique les méthodes
suivantes de nettoyage et de traitement, et avec les produits
recommandés ou des produits équivalents, et si l'on respecte les
instructions du fabricant de ces produits.

• Nettoyage/désinfection manuelle avec le produit de net-toyage
Cidezyme ® LF/Enzol et le désinfectant Cidex ® OPA (Johnson &
Johnson Medical Limited, Gargrave, Skipton).
• Nettoyage/désinfection en machine avec un désinfecteur G 7836
CD (Miele & Cie. KG, Gütersloh/Allemagne) et le dé-tergent
neodisher ® mediclean forte (Dr. Weigert GmbH & Co. KG,
Hambourg/Allemagne) conformément au pro-gramme de lavage
recommandé.
5.4 Procédés recommandés
Erbe recommande les procédés de décontamination décrits
ci-dessous. D'autres procédés équivalents peuvent être utilisés
dans la mesure où ils ne sont pas explicitement exclus. Il in-combe
à l'utilisateur de faire le nécessaire (p.ex. validation,
sur-veillance de routine, vérification de la compatibilité des
matériaux) pour s'assurer que les procédés effectivement utili-sés
conviennent.
5.5 Démontage
Pour la décontamination, le produit doit être démonté.

2. Pinces de coagulation : rapprocher les branches.3. Appuyer
sur le bouton de déverrouillage et extraire l'insert
du tube.4. Dévisser le tube du manche.5. Détacher le joint en
silicone du manche.
5.6 Prénettoyage
Pour le prélavage, utiliser de l'eau et, le cas échéant, un
désin-fectant ne fixant pas l'infectiosité.
1. Rincer le produit sous le robinet.2. Débarrasser le produit
des saletés superficielles avec une
brosse douce/un chiffon doux.3. Glisser le tuyau de lavage (réf.
20195-201) avec l'adaptateur
de lavage sur la tige de l'instrument. 4. Nettoyer l'intérieur
de la tige avec un écouvillon (réf. 20191-
279) et le rincer au moyen d'une seringue à usage unique jusqu'à
ce que le liquide de rinçage en ressorte parfaitement propre.
5. Déplacer les éléments mobiles d'un mouvement de va-et-vient
plusieurs fois.

5.7 Nettoyage et désinfection manuels
Utiliser un produit de nettoyage liquide, convenant à la
prépara-tion d'un bain de trempage.
Utiliser un désinfectant compatible avec le produit de nettoyage
et convenant à la préparation d'un bain de trempage.
Le produit de nettoyage et le désinfectant doivent convenir pour
les dispositifs médicaux en matière plastique et en métal et leur
pH doit se situer entre 5,5 et 11.
Nettoyage
1. Préparer un bain de nettoyage avec le produit de nettoyage,
conformément aux indications du fabricant.
2. Plonger les pièces de l'instrument avec précaution dans le
bain de nettoyage. Elles doivent être entièrement immer-gées et ne
pas toucher d'autres instruments / pièces.
3. Laisser tremper les pièces dans le bain de nettoyage pen-dant
la durée prescrite.
4. Eliminer le cas échéant les impuretés encore adhérentes avec
un chiffon propre et doux ou une brosse synthétique douce.
5. Passer une brosse (p. ex. réf. 20191-279) au minimum 5 fois
dans la tige de l'instrument.
6. Sortir les pièces avec précaution du bain de nettoyage.7.
Rincer les pièces de l'instrument à fond à l'eau courante (au
minimum 1 minute par pièce)8. Sécher légèrement les pièces de
l'instrument et toutes les
lumières à l'air comprimé.9. Vérifier les pièces pour s'assurer
qu'il ne reste pas de saletés
et répéter si nécessaire la procédure de nettoyage manuel.

Désinfection
Pour la désinfection, les pièces de l'instrument doivent être
propres et légèrement séchées.
1. Préparer un bain de désinfection avec le désinfectant, selon
les instructions du fabricant.
2. Déposer les pièces de l'instrument avec précaution dans le
bain de désinfection. Elles doivent être entièrement immer-gées et
ne pas toucher d'autres instruments / pièces. Toutes les lumières
doivent être remplies de désinfectant et il ne doit plus y avoir de
bulles d'air.
3. Laisser tremper les pièces dans le bain de désinfection
pen-dant la durée prescrite.
4. Sortir les pièces avec précaution du bain de désinfection.5.
Rincer les pièces de l'instrument à fond à l'eau distillée sté-
rile. 6. Sécher les pièces de l'instrument à fond à l'air
comprimé.
Veiller à ce qu'il ne reste pas de liquide dans les
lumières.
5.8 Nettoyage en machine et désinfection
L'efficacité du système de nettoyage-désinfection doit être
cer-tifiée (p. ex. label CE conformément à DIN EN ISO 15883).
Le produit de nettoyage et le désinfectant doivent convenir pour
les dispositifs médicaux en matière plastique et en métal et leur
pH doit se situer entre 5,5 et 11.
1. Déposer les pièces de l'instrument avec précaution dans un
panier approprié. Veiller à ce que les instruments / pièces qui se
trouvent dans le panier ne se touchent pas.
2. Glisser le tuyau de lavage (réf. 20195-201) avec l'adaptateur
de lavage sur la tige de l'instrument et le connecter à un rac-cord
de lavage du désinfecteur.

3. Démarrer un programme contrôlé possédant les propriétés
suivantes :– désinfection thermique (5 à 10 minutes à 90 – 93 °C).–
Rinçage final à l'eau distillée ou déminéralisée.– Séchage
suffisant du produit.
5.9 Contrôle
1. Vérifier l'absence de dommages et d'usure visibles sur le
produit :– Dommages sur le produit, par exemple fissures,
surfaces
rugueuses, écaillements.– Dommages sur l'isolation du produit
et/ou du câble/du
raccord, par exemple fissures et ruptures. – Dommages sur le
revêtement. – Déformations du produit ou de pièces du produit. Ne
pas
redresser des instruments déformés.
Ne pas utiliser ce produit s'il est endommagé.
5.10 Emballage
1. Emballer le produit dans un emballage de stérilisation à
usage unique (emballage simple ou double) en papier/feuille et/ou
dans un récipient de stérilisation.

5.11 Stérilisation
Ne stériliser que des instruments nettoyés et désinfectés.
Erbe recommande la stérilisation à la vapeur d'après la méthode
décrite ci-après et décline toute responsabilité si l'utilisateur
ap-plique une autre méthode de stérilisation.

suffisant du produit• à une température de 132 à 134 °C pendant 3 à
18 minutes• Stérilisateur conforme aux normes et règlements

insertable hasta el tope en el tubo de la vaina.
4. Para hacer encajar el elemento insertable abra y cierre el
mango.
5. Conecte el producto con un cable de conexión Erbe adecuado

Erbe Elektromedizin recomienda utilizar el instrumento en el
modo de coagulación Soft.
4.3 Conectar el producto
1. Conecte el producto al conector bipolar.
4.4 Uso del producto
En el caso de las pinzas de coagulación, las mordazas se pueden
extraer separando, para ello, los mangos. Las mordazas perma-necen
en la posición elegida.
En el caso de las pinzas de agarre, las mordazas se pueden
ex-traer juntando, para ello, los mangos. Las mordazas retornan a
la vaina exterior en cuanto se sueltan los mangos.
Durante la introducción en la vaina del trocar o la extracción
des-de la misma, las mordazas de las pinzas bipolares deben estar
completamente cerradas, mientras que la válvula del trocar, por el
contrario, ha de estar completamente abierta. ¡Proceda con cuidado!

5 Limpieza, desinfección, esterilización
5.1 Indicaciones de seguridad
Erbe Elektromedizin recomienda una limpieza/desinfección
me-cánicas. No se recomienda la limpieza manual, por su eficacia
claramente menor.
No emplee en ningún caso objetos afilados o abrasivos para la
limpieza.
¡Los productos desinfectantes deben ser bien enjuagados des-pués
de su uso!
El producto puede limpiarse / desinfectarse hasta un máximo de
95 °C.
Observe estrictamente las indicaciones del fabricante del
pro-ducto de limpieza y del desinfectante.
Esterilizable como máximo hasta 134 °C.
¡No esterilizar en aire caliente!
5.2 Limitación del reacondicionamiento
El reacondicionamiento frecuente afecta al producto. Tenga en
cuenta las indicaciones de seguridad para la revisión del
produc-to. En el caso de daños evidentes o si se ve afectado el
funcio-namiento, ya no se debe utilizar el producto.
5.3 Equipos y productos recomendados
La durabilidad del producto, la eficacia de la limpieza y la
esteri-lidad están validadas en caso de utilizarse los siguientes
proce-dimientos de limpieza y preparación, si se emplean los
productos recomendados o sus equivalentes según las recomendaciones
del fabricante.

• Limpieza/desinfección manual con el producto de limpieza
Cidezyme ® LF/Enzol y el desinfectante Cidex ® OPA (Jo-hnson &
Johnson Medical Limited, Gargrave, Skipton).
• Limpieza/desinfección mecánicas en un aparato de desin-fección
G 7836 CD (Miele & Cie. KG, Gütersloh/Alemania) con el producto
de limpieza neodisher ® mediclean forte (Dr. Weigert GmbH & Co.
KG, Hamburg/Alemania) según el programa de lavado recomendado.
5.4 Procedimientos recomendados
Erbe recomienda los procedimientos de acondicionamiento que se
describen a continuación. Es posible aplicar procedimientos
diferentes equivalentes, salvo que se excluyan explícitamente. El
usuario es responsable de asegurar la aptitud de los
procedi-mientos aplicados mediante medidas adecuadas (p. ej.
valida-ción, vigilancia de rutina, comprobación de la
compatibilidad de los materiales).
5.5 Desmontaje
El producto debe reacondicionarse en estado desmontado.

de desbloqueo y extraiga el elemento in-
sertable del tubo de la vaina.4. Desenrosque el tubo de la vaina
del mango.5. Extraiga la junta de silicona del mango.
5.6 Limpieza previa
Utilice para la limpieza previa agua y, en caso necesario, un
des-infectante no fijador.
1. Lave el producto bajo un chorro de agua corriente.2. Elimine
la suciedad de la superficie con un cepillo o un paño
blando.3. Inserte el eje del instrumento en el tubo de lavado
(n.º art.
20195-201) con el adaptador de lavado correspondiente. 4. Limpie
la luz interior del eje del instrumento mediante un ce-
pillo (p. ej. n° art. 20191-279) y lave la luz interior con una
jeringa desechable hasta que el líquido de lavado salga
lim-pio.

5.7 Limpieza y desinfección manuales
Emplee un producto de limpieza líquido apto para baño de
in-mersión.
Emplee un desinfectante compatible con el producto de limpieza y
apto para baño de inmersión.
Los productos de limpieza y de desinfección deben ser adecua-dos
para los productos sanitarios de plástico o metal y disponer de un
pH entre 5,5 y 11.
Limpieza
1. Prepare un baño con el producto de limpieza siguiendo las
instrucciones del fabricante.
2. Introduzca cuidadosamente los componentes del instrumen-to en
el baño de limpieza de modo que queden totalmente cubiertos y no
toquen ningún otro instrumento ni compo-nente.
3. Deje los componentes del instrumento en el baño de limpie-za
durante el tiempo prescrito.
4. Si quedaran restos de suciedad, elimínelos con un paño sua-ve
limpio o un cepillo de plástico blando.
5. Introduzca un cepillo (p. ej. Art. n.º 20191-279) al menos
cin-co veces por el eje del instrumento.
6. Extraiga cuidadosamente del baño de limpieza los compo-nentes
el insturmento.
7. Lave a fondo los componentes del instrumento bajo el chorro
de agua corriente (cada uno de ellos al menos durante 1
minuto).
8. Seque los componentes del instrumento, incluidas todas las
secciones interiores de las barras (con aire a presión).
9. Compruebe que los componentes del instrumento estén li-bres
de restos de suciedad. En caso necesario, repita la lim-pieza
manual.

Desinfección
Sólo deben desinfectarse componentes del instrumento limpios y
ligeramente secos.
1. Prepare un baño con el desinfectante siguiendo las
instruc-ciones del fabricante.
2. Introduzca cuidadosamente los componentes del instrumen-to en
el baño de desinfección de modo que queden total-mente cubiertos y
no toquen ningún otro instrumento ni componente. Todos los
conductos internos deben estar lle-nos de solución desinfectante,
sin burbujas de aire.
3. Deje los componentes del instrumento en el baño de limpie-za
durante el tiempo prescrito.
4. Extraiga cuidadosamente del baño de desinfección los
com-ponentes el insturmento.
5. Lave a fondo los componentes del instrumento con agua
destilada estéril.
6. Seque a fondo los componentes del instrumento con aire a
presión. Compruebe que todas las secciones interiores de las barras
se encuentren libres de líquido.
5.8 Limpieza mecánica y desinfección
El aparato de limpieza y desinfección debe disponer de una
efi-cacia comprobada (p. ej. marca CE según DIN EN ISO 15883).
El producto de limpieza y desinfección debe ser adecuado para
los productos sanitarios de plástico o metal y disponer de un pH
entre 5,5 y 11.
1. Coloque con cuidado los componentes del instrumento en un
cestillo de lavado adecuado. Tenga cuidado de que no to-quen ningún
otro instrumento o componente.

2. Inserte el eje del instrumento en el tubo de lavado (Art. n.º
20195-201) con su adaptador correspondiente y conecte el tubo de
lavado a la toma de lavado del aparato de desinfec-ción.
3. Inicie un programa autorizado con las siguientes
caracterís-ticas:– Desinfección térmica (de 5 a 10 minutos entre 90
y
93 °C).– Aclarado final con agua destilada o desmineralizada.–
Secado suficiente del producto.
5.9 Controles
1. Compruebe que el producto no presente daños ni desgastes
visibles:– Deterioros en el producto, p. ej., fisuras, superficies
ru-
gosas, astillamientos.– Deterioros en el aislamiento del
producto y/o del cable/
enchufe, p. ej., fisuras y roturas.– Deterioros en el
revestimiento.– Deformaciones en el producto o en piezas del
producto.
No intente corregir las piezas deformadas.
¡Si este producto está deteriorado no debe utilizarse!
5.10 Embalaje
1. Envuelva el producto en un envase desechable para
esterili-zación (envase simple o doble) de papel/plástico o
introdúz-calo en un recipiente para esterilización.

Esterilice únicamente los productos que ya hayan sido limpiados
y desinfectados.

Collegare il prodotto utilizzando un cavo d'alimentazione

4.2 Regolazioni dell'apparecchio
Erbe Elektromedizin consiglia di utilizzare lo strumento in
moda-lità di coagulazione Soft.
4.3 Collegamento del prodotto
1. Collegare il prodotto alla presa bipolare.
4.4 Utilizzo del prodotto
Separando le impugnature delle pinze di coagulazione le gana-sce
fuoriescono. Le ganasce rimangono nella posizione deside-rata.
Serrando le impugnature delle pinze di serraggio le ganasce
fuo-riescono. Le ganasce ritornano nella camicia esterna non appena
vengono rilasciate le impugnature.
Durante l'inserimento o la rimozione dalle guaine dei trocar le
ganasce delle pinze bipolari devono essere completamente ser-rate
mentre la valvola del trocar deve essere completamente aperta!

5 Pulizia, disinfezione e sterilizzazione
5.1 Indicazioni di sicurezza
Erbe Elektromedizin raccomanda di eseguire una pulizia /
disin-fezione meccanica. Si sconsiglia la pulizia manuale a causa
dell'efficacia sensibilmente ridotta.
Non utilizzare mai oggetti taglienti o abrasivi per la
pulizia.
Dopo l'utilizzo del disinfettante, risciacquare bene per
eliminarlo completamente!
Il prodotto può essere pulito / disinfettato fino alla
temperatura massima di 95 °C.
Attenersi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni del produttore del
detergente e del disinfettante.
Sterilizzabile fino alla temperatura massima di 134 °C.
Non sterilizzare con aria calda!
5.2 Limiti del ricondizionamento
Il ricondizionamento frequente può avere effetti su questo
pro-dotto. Seguire le indicazioni di sicurezza per il controllo del
pro-dotto. Non utilizzare più il prodotto in presenza di danni
evidenti o anomalie di funzionamento.
5.3 Dotazione / strumenti raccomandati
La vita utile del prodotto, l'efficacia della pulizia e la
sterilità ven-gono validate mediante l'impiego delle procedure di
pulizia e trattamento indicate di seguito, purché si utilizzino i
prodotti consigliati o altri equivalenti attenendosi alle
raccomandazioni del produttore.

• Pulizia/disinfezione manuale con il detergente Cidezyme ®

5.4 Metodo raccomandato
Erbe consiglia i metodi di ricondizionamento descritti di
seguito. Sono possibili altri metodi equivalenti purché non
esplicitamente esclusi. All'utilizzatore spetta la responsabilità
di garantire l'ido-neità dei metodi effettivamente utilizzati
adottando opportune misure (ad es. convalida, monitoraggio di
routine, controllo della compatibilità del materiale).
5.5 Smontaggio
Il prodotto deve essere ricondizionato quando è smontato.

2. Pinze di coagulazione: chiudere il manico.3. Premere il
pulsante di sblocco e staccare l'inserto dallo stelo.4. Svitare lo
stelo dal manico.5. Togliere la guarnizione in silicone dal
manico.
5.6 Pulizia preliminare
Per la pulizia preliminare utilizzare acqua e, se necessario, un
di-sinfettante non fissante.
1. Sciacquare il prodotto sotto acqua corrente.2. Rimuovere lo
sporco dalla superficie utilizzando una spazzo-
la morbida/un panno morbido.3. Estrarre dall'alberino dello
strumento il flessibile di lavaggio
(art. n° 20195-201) con il relativo adattatore. 4. Pulire il
lume interno dello stelo dello strumento utilizzando
una spazzola (ad es. art. n° 20191-279) e sciacquare il lume con
l'ausilio di una siringa monouso, fino a quando il liquido di
lavaggio risulta privo di impurità.

5.7 Pulizia manuale e disinfezione
Utilizzare un detergente liquido adatto all'impiego nel bagno a
immersione.
Utilizzare un disinfettante compatibile con il detergente,
adatto all’impiego nel bagno a immersione.
I detergenti e i disinfettanti devono essere adatti a
dispositivi medici in plastica e metallo e presentare un valore di
pH compre-so tra 5,5 e 11.
Pulizia
1. Utilizzando il detergente, preparare un bagno detergente
se-guendo le istruzioni del produttore.
2. Immergere i componenti dello strumento con precauzione nel
bagno detergente, in modo che risultino completamente coperti e non
siano a contatto con altri strumenti/compo-nenti.
3. Lasciare i componenti immersi nel bagno detergente per il
tempo di esposizione indicato.
4. Se necessario, rimuovere lo sporco ostinato con un panno
morbido pulito o una spazzola di plastica morbida.
5. Passare almeno cinque volte sull'alberino dello strumento con
una spazzola (ad es. art. n° 20191-279).
6. Estrarre con precauzione i componenti dello strumento dal
bagno detergente.
7. Sciacquare a fondo i componenti tenendoli sotto acqua
cor-rente (almeno 1 minuto ciascuno).
8. Asciugare leggermente i componenti e tutti i relativi lumi
uti-lizzando aria compressa.
9. Controllare che sui componenti dello strumento con vi siano
residui di sporcizia e, se necessario, ripetere la pulizia
ma-nuale.

Disinfezione
Disinfettare esclusivamente componenti puliti e asciutti.
1. Utilizzando il prodotto disinfettante, preparare un bagno
di-sinfettante seguendo le istruzioni del produttore.
2. Immergere i componenti dello strumento con precauzione nel
bagno disinfettante, in modo che risultino completamen-te coperti e
non siano a contatto con altri strumenti/compo-nenti. Durante tale
operazione, tutti i lumi devono riempirsi di soluzione
disinfettante e devono essere eliminate tutte le bolle d’aria.
3. Lasciare i componenti immersi nel bagno disinfettante per il
tempo di esposizione indicato.
4. Estrarre con precauzione i componenti dello strumento dal
bagno disinfettante.
5. Sciacquare a fondo i componenti dello strumento con acqua
sterile distillata.
6. Asciugare accuratamente i componenti dello strumento
uti-lizzando aria compressa, facendo attenzione che il liquido sia
completamente evaporato anche da tutti i lumi.
5.8 Pulizia e disinfezione meccanica
L'apparecchio di pulizia e disinfezione deve possedere
un'effica-cia sostanzialmente controllata (ad es. marchio CE
conforme alla DIN EN ISO 15883).
I detergenti e i disinfettanti devono essere adatti a
dispositivi medici in plastica e metallo e presentare un valore di
pH compre-so tra 5,5 e 11.
1. Inserire con precauzione i componenti dello strumento in un
opportuno cestello di lavaggio, facendo attenzione che non entrino
a contatto con altri strumenti/componenti.
2. Estrarre dall'alberino dello strumento il flessibile di
lavaggio (art. n° 20195-201) con il relativo adattatore e
collegarlo all'apposito raccordo dell'apparecchio di
disinfezione.

3. Avviare un programma collaudato con le seguenti
caratteri-stiche:– Disinfezione termica (da 5 a 10 minuti alla
temperatura
compresa tra 90 e 93 °C).– Risciacquo finale con acqua
distillata o completamente
desalinizzata.– Sufficiente asciugatura del prodotto.
5.9 Controllo
1. Controllare che il prodotto non presenti danni e usura
visibili:– Danni visibili sul prodotto, ad es. crepe, superfici
ruvide,
scheggiature.– Danni all'isolamento del prodotto e/o del
cavo/della
spina, ad es. crepe e rotture.– Danni al rivestimento.–
Piegature del prodotto o di componenti del prodotto.
Non risagomare componenti piegati!
Non utilizzare il prodotto se danneggiato!
5.10 Imballaggio
1. Imballare il prodotto in una confezione sterile monouso
(doppia o singola) su carta/pellicola e/o in un recipiente di
sterilizzazione.
5.11 Sterilizzazione
Sterilizzare esclusivamente prodotti puliti e disinfettati.
Erbe Elektromedizin consiglia di utilizzare la sterilizzazione a
va-pore mediante l'impiego delle procedure di seguito descritte.
Erbe Elektromedizin non si assume alcuna responsabilità per
l'impiego di procedure di sterilizzazione diverse.

1. Ligue a vedação de silicone ao punho.2. Enrosque a bainha no
punho.3. Prima o botão de desbloqueio e introduza a peça de
inserção
na bainha até ao encaixe.4. Para encaixar a peça de inserção,
abra e feche os punhos.5. Ligue o produto usando um cabo de ligação
Erbe adequado
para pinças de coagulação / pinças aligator (sem imagem)

4.2 Regulações do aparelho
A Erbe Elektromedizin aconselha a utilização do instrumento em
modo coagulação Soft.
4.3 Ligar o produto
1. Ligue o produto à tomada bipolar.
4.4 Utilizar o produto
As mandíbulas das pinças de coagulação podem avançar afas-tando
os punhos. As mandíbulas mantêm-se na posição selec-cionada.
As mandíbulas das pinças aligátor podem avançar apertando os
punhos. As mandíbulas recolhem à bainha exterior assim que se
soltarem os punhos.
Ao introduzi-las ou ao retirá-las da manga do trocarte, as
man-díbulas das pinças bipolares têm de estar completamente
fecha-das, ao passo que a válvula do trocarte tem de estar toda
aberta! Proceda com cuidado! Nunca force!

5 Limpeza, desinfecção, esterilização
5.1 Indicações de segurança
A Erbe Elektromedizin recomenda uma limpeza / desinfecção
mecânica. Não se recomenda uma limpeza manual, devido à efi-cácia
nitidamente inferior.
Em caso algum, use para a limpeza objectos aguçados ou
abra-sivos.
Os desinfectantes devem ser muito bem enxaguados após a
uti-lização!
O produto pode ser limpo / desinfectado, no máximo, a 95 °C.
Respeite impreterivelmente as instruções do fabricante do
pro-duto de limpeza ou desinfectante.
Pode ser esterilizado, no máximo, a 134 °C.
Não esterilizar com ar quente!
5.2 Limites para a reutilização
A repreparação frequente tem efeitos sobre este produto. Tenha
em atenção as instruções de segurança para o controlo deste
produto. Se o produto apresentar danos óbvios ou se a sua fun-ção
estiver afectada, o produto não deve ser usado.
5.3 Equipamentos / meios recomendados
A vida útil do produto, a eficácia de limpeza e a esterilização
consideram-se garantidas, ao recorrer aos seguintes procedi-mentos
de reprocessamento e limpeza, se forem empregados os produtos
recomendados ou outros equiparáveis, de acordo com a recomendação
do fabricante.

• Limpeza/desinfecção manual com o produto de limpeza Cidezyme ®
LF/Enzol e o produto de desinfecção Cidex ® OPA (Johnson &
Johnson Medical Limited, Gargrave, Skip-ton).
• Limpeza/desinfecção mecânica num desinfector G 7836 CD (Miele
& Cie. KG, Gütersloh/Alemanha) com o produto de limpeza
neodisher ® mediclean forte (Dr. Weigert GmbH & Co. KG,
Hamburgo/Alemanha), de acordo com o programa de lavagem
recomendado.
5.4 Métodos recomendados
Erbe recomenda os métodos de preparação a seguir descritos.
Outros métodos equivalentes são possíveis, desde que não
ex-plicitamente excluídos. É da responsabilidade do utilizador
ga-rantir que os métodos efectivamente utilizados sejam adequados,
tomando as medidas apropriadas (p.ex., validação, supervisão de
rotina, verificação da compatibilidade dos mate-riais).
5.5 Desmontagem
O produto deve ser preparado no estado desmontado.

2. Pinças de coagulação: Feche os punhos.3. Prima o botão de
desbloqueio e puxe a peça de inserção para
fora da bainha.4. Desenrosque a bainha do punho.5. Remova a
vedação de silicone do punho.
5.6 Primeira limpeza
Para a limpeza prévia use água e eventualmente um desinfec-tante
não fixante.
1. Lave o produto debaixo de água corrente.2. Remova as
sujidades superficiais com uma escova macia /
um pano macio.3. Aplique o tubo de lavagem (art. n.º 20195-201)
com o res-
pectivo adaptador à haste do instrumento. 4. Limpe o lúmen
interior da haste do instrumento com uma
escova (p.ex., art. n.º 20191-279) e lave o lúmen interior com a
ajuda de uma seringa descartável, até o líquido de lavagem deixar
de conter sujidades.
5. Movimente as partes móveis várias vezes para trás e para
frente.

5.7 Limpeza e desinfecção manuais
Use um produto de limpeza líquido adequado para a preparação de
um banho de imersão.
Use um produto de desinfecção compatível com o produto de
limpeza e que seja adequado para a preparação de um banho de
imersão.
Os produtos de limpeza e desinfecção devem ser adequados para
produtos médicos de plástico e metal e apresentar um valor pH entre
5,5 e 11.
Limpeza
1. Prepare um banho de limpeza segundo as indicações do
fa-bricante do produto de limpeza.
2. Coloque as várias peças do instrumento cuidadosamente no
banho de limpeza, de modo a estarem totalmente cobertas e não
tocarem em outros instrumentos / peças de instrumen-tos.
3. Deixe as peças do instrumento dentro do banho de limpeza,
durante o tempo de actuação prescrito pelo fabricante.
4. Remova a sujidade eventualmente ainda existente com um pano
limpo e macio ou uma escova de plástico macia.
5. Introduza pelo menos 5 vezes uma escova (por exemplo, art.
n.º 20191-279) na haste do instrumento.
6. Retire as peças do instrumento cuidadosamente do banho de
limpeza.
7. Lave as peças do instrumento exaustivamente debaixo de água
corrente da torneira (pelo menos 1 minuto).
8. Seque as peças do instrumento incluindo todos os lúmens
li-geiramente com ar comprimido.
9. Verifique se ainda há resíduos de sujidade nas peças do
ins-trumento e, se necessário, repita a limpeza manual.

Desinfecção
Desinfecte apenas peças de instrumento limpas e quase secas.
1. Prepare um banho de desinfecção segundo as indicações do
fabricante do produto de desinfecção.
2. Coloque as várias peças do instrumento cuidadosamente no
banho de desinfecção, de modo a estarem totalmente cober-tas e não
tocarem em outros instrumentos / outras peças de instrumentos.
Todos os lúmens têm de estar preenchidos com solução de desinfecção
e não podem existir bolhas de ar.
3. Deixe as peças do instrumento dentro do banho de
desinfec-ção, durante o tempo de actuação prescrito pelo
fabricante.
4. Retire as peças do instrumento cuidadosamente do banho de
desinfecção.
5. Lave as peças do instrumento exaustivamente com água
destilada estéril.
6. Seque as peças do instrumento exaustivamente com ar
com-primido. Verifique se também todos os lúmens estão secos.
5.8 Limpeza e desinfecção mecânicas
O aparelho de limpeza e desinfecção deve ter uma eficácia
basi-camente ensaiada (p.ex., marcação CE em conformidade com a
norma DIN EN ISO 15883).
Os produtos de limpeza e desinfecção devem ser adequados para
produtos médicos de plástico e metal e apresentar um valor pH entre
5,5 e 11.
1. Coloque as peças do instrumento cuidadosamente num ces-to de
lavagem adequado. Tenha em atenção que os instru-mentos / peças de
instrumentos não devem tocar uns nos outros.

2. Aplique o tubo de lavagem (art. n.º 20195-201) com o
res-pectivo adaptador de lavagem à haste do instrumento e li-gue o
tubo de lavagem a um conector de lavagem do desinfector.
3. Inicie um programa ensaiado com as características
seguin-tes:– Desinfecção térmica (5 a 10 minutos a 90 a 93 °C).–
Lavagem final com água destilada e totalmente dessali-
nizada.– Secagem suficiente do produto.
5.9 Controlo
1. Verifique se o produto apresenta quaisquer danos visíveis
e/ou pontos de desgaste:– Danos no produto, p. ex. fissuras,
superfície rugosa, las-
cada.– Danos no isolamento do produto e/ou do cabo/da ficha,
p. ex. fissuras e rupturas.– Danos no revestimento.– Deformações
no produto ou em partes do produto. Não
procure endireitar os componentes tortos.
Não utilizar este produto caso este apresente defeitos!
5.10 Embalamento
1. Acondicione o produto numa embalagem de esterilização
descartável (embalagem simples ou dupla), feita de papel/plástico,
e/ou num contentor esterilizado.

5.11 Esterilização
Esterilizar apenas produtos que se encontrem limpos e
desinfec-tados.
A Erbe Elektromedizin recomenda a esterilização a vapor com o
procedimento a seguir descrito. O recurso a outros métodos de
esterilização iliba a Erbe Elektromedizin de qualquer
responsa-bilidade.
Esterilização por vapor• Método de vácuo fraccionado com secagem
suficiente do
produto• Tempo de permanência 3 a 18 minutos a 132 a 134 °C•
Esterilizador de acordo com as normas e regulamentos na-
cionais em vigor (p.ex. DIN EN 13060 ou DIN EN 285)• Processo de
esterilização validado em conformidade com a
norma DIN EN ISO 17665
Tenha em atenção as recomendações do fabricante do
esterili-zador no respeitante à carga, ao manuseamento e aos tempos
de secagem.
