The press release went out of its way to explain the personal reasonswhy Park was leaving the White House for Silicon Valley. But Park wasnot actually leaving his White House employment. Obama announcedthat Park would be setting up an office for the White House in SiliconValley to give the President an “on‐the‐ground sense.” This wasevidently a concocted position to hide other activity. Is it possiblethat Obama’s phone, Internet and Air Force One had stopped workingso he needed Park to be his "Pony Express." Very improbable.

The press release was essentially a fake farewell cover story for Park's abrupt departurefrom Washington, D.C., begging the question about what Obama was hiding in all thesuperfluous verbiage.

On Oct. 18, 2014,John Podesta,counsel to both thePresident andClinton Foundation,wrote to RobbyMook, Hillary’scampaign manager.Mook had asked ifTodd Park wasavailable to consultwith the campaign.Copied on this email were Hillary Clinton, David Plouffe and Cheryl Mills.

Podesta responded that Park was"enthusiastic" and would "be very valuableon recruitment." Both men knew thisengagement would have to be "discreet" andPodesta set about to fix the ethics rules soPark would say yes. In other words, they had to hide Park's involvement with Hillary. Indeed,Park makes no mention of his technology work for Hillary since 2014 in his currentWikipedia site funded by Hillary's mentor George Soros. This is evidently to hide hisFacebook election rigging activity.

Podesta promised to check with White House counsel on Park’s “WH SGE’s” or "White HouseSpecial Government Employee" status. SGE means a person who is employed by thegovernment, on a temporary basis (usually) for one year at a time, or at least 130 daysminimum.. Podesta added “I don’t think that will be a problem.”

On Oct. 25, 2014, Podesta wrote to Cheryl Mills saying “Todd Park all clear withcounsel. Ready to go.”

On Aug. 28, 2014 Barack Obama issued a press release announcing that Park would moveback home to Silicon Valley in September.

On Oct. 18, 2014, six weeks later, Podesta contacted Park, who was “enthusiastic (anddiscreet)” about helping the campaign recruit and advise. Podesta said he would work outthe ethics issues with White House counsel.

On Oct. 25, 2014, a week later, Podesta emailed Cheryl Mills saying "Todd Park allclear with counsel" to provide technology advice to the Hillary campaign.

What? The Code of Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch states clearly:

“You may not use public office for private gain or givepreferential treatment to any private organization orindividual and you must avoid any actions creating theappearance that you are violating the law or the ethicsrules.”

The first obvious impropriety is Obama's silence about Park joining the Hillary Clintonpolitical campaign. By focusing the press release on family issues and not on the substantive(and illegal) matter of Todd Park joining the Hillary Clinton campaign as a technologyadvisor while on the White House payroll, Obama appears to have committed an electionlaw felony, and certainly a deliverate deception.

Now it gets even more devious.

Lost in the mountain of ethical violations of this Administration is the initial public offeringof Park’s company Castlight Health while Park was the White House chief technologyofficer. We wrote in the previous post that on Oct. 12,2016, Bill Clinton’s former press secretary JoeLockhart became Facebook’s press secretary.

Now thanks to WikiLeaks we learn that Parkmoved to California as an Obama employee anddespite the White House counsel sign off,became the ethically illegal chief technologyadvisor to the Hillary Clinton politicalcampaign.

Facebook is the common thread. The Hillarycampaign is using the "election winning"template that Hillary paid Facebook for tosteal the 2016 Presidential election.Government document prove that on Sep. 26,2009 the State Department contracted withFacebook for a template for winning elections.

Very evidently, Park and his friends insideFacebook and Castlight Health are financiallybenefiting from the cozy relationships amongFacebook, Castlight Health, the Hillarycampaign and the Obama White House who is paying Park’s salary.
