Are Leaders Born or Made?...
For centuries people have been debatingthat leaders are born or made but everyindividual has its own believe above the
fact. It turns out to be little of both thatleaders are sort of born and always
made. Some qualities are there inborn in a person,
as a leader but it constantly improves whenleaders get feedback from their followers ,then only their behaviour gets modifiedwhich gives them better result.
