• Goals: to transform a grassy area into a multifunctional rain garden and reduce flooding nuisances.

Rain garden:  a low‐maintenance garden were runoff water collects in a depression.  It is beneficial because it becomes a beautiful place and the plant systems help to improve the quality of water.
