Since 1983, AUTOMOTIVE CIRCLE, in consultation with key OEM engineers, has organised events for the

automotive industry, offering the opportunity to benchmark and gain technical expertise. In doing this, we link

up technological and economical potentials within the industry.

We have realigned the AUTOMOTIVE CIRCLE thematically and medially during the past months, setting new

priorities. For the next 15 months, the result is presented in the form of this program.

Topics covered are body-in-white, exterior, final assembly, surface, interior and alternative drive

technology. In addition, we will use the power of ideas and the network to look into innovation regarding

sustainability.

CONFERENCE VENUES & HOTEL

ACCOMMODATION

All conference venues can be found on our

website www.automotive-circle.com.

They can vary from conference to conference.

We kindly ask you to make your own hotel

reservation. Accommodation is available at

the conference hotels. Please refer to

“Automotive Circle”.

CONFERENCE FEES

All prices mentioned in this brochure are net

and subject to VAT. To reclaim, please contact

your local tax office. Please note that hotel

accommodation is not included in the

conference fees.

CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES

- Full conference participation, incl. conference

materials and list of delegates

- Authority for downloading the presentation

in the Internet

- Networking possibilities

- Luncheons and coffee breaks

- Participation in workshops, discussions and

guided tours when indicated

- Participation in the evening functions

Tutorials are not included in the conference

fees. All tutorials may also be booked

separately and include proceedings, list of

delegates and refreshments.

CANCELLATIONS

Fees will be refunded in full if notice of

cancellation is received up to four weeks before

the conference. 50 % of the conference fee will

be refunded in case notification of cancellation

is received later, but not later than two weeks

before the conference. Delegates who fail to

attend without notifying the organiser will be

liable for the whole conference fee. Substitu-

tions of delegates may be made at any time.

Cancellations and changes should be notified in

writing. In all cases postmark shall apply. Any

fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of

the conference. The organiser reserves the

right to change the program content or to

cancel the event due to important reasons.

Cancellation fees of third parties that may

appear in this context will not be reimbursed.

Exhibitors are subject to separate cancellation

conditions, which can be found on the

respective event website.

DATA PROTECTION

Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates

for each event which may include the following

information: company name, address (zip code,

city, country), name and job function of

delegate. This list of delegates will be made

available for all conference delegates, speakers,

exhibitors and sponsors of the event, who may

use the data for promotional purposes.

Objection against publication and circulation of

this data may be made at any time until 3 weeks

prior to the event and has to be made in writing

to the organiser. Company’s name, city and

reference for upcoming Automotive Circle

conferences.
