Alshor Plus is the next generation of a proven
aluminium shoring system with increased loading
of up to 120kN/leg. This re-engineered Alshor
system provides a high performance, modern
aluminium shoring system, with increased safety
features, improved on-site versatility and greater
cost effectiveness.

The blade and pocketdesign of the connectionbetween legs and
framesprovides a secure, visiblysafe and quickconnection, allowing
theframe to be installed orremoved whilstassembled.
The use of aluminiumspigots provides fast andsecure outer leg to
outerleg connection, avoidingthe use of 4 bolts perconnection,
allowinggreater flexibility andutilisation in the make upof the
shoring legs.
Additional safety features such as: aluminium/ply
access platforms, integral ladder access, and ledger
frame pockets designed at 500mm centres, allowing
the use of additional handrails, increasing on-site
safety when using Alshor Plus.
Increased load capacity, reducing support
equipment and improving fix strike times, allowing
fast erection and easy in-situ modification, reducing
site delays and construction costs.
Variable ledger frame position and greater propping
range allows greater versatility for better high and
low level support.
Alshor Plus is a fully integrated system, and can be
easily combined with primary and secondary
Aluminium Beams to provide the most effective and
cost competitive support to soffit formwork.
A simple, single action connects and secures all four
blades simultaneously, making Alshor Plus frames
the quickest frames to erect.
Increased extension range of the short and long
jacks allow Alshor Plus greater on site flexibility.
Alshor Plus has been designed to increase the speed
of erection through the minimal number of loose
parts, enhancing cost effectiveness.

The unique
extruded grooves in the long screw jack self clean the jack and
also
prevent rotation of the jack when inserted in the outer leg,

adjustment quick and easy. The Long Jack incorporates a quick
release
mechanism which shortens the jack by 12mm with a single hammer
blow.
The unique swivel base plate on the long jack allows a
combination of 10
and 2.5 degrees of rotation, eliminating eccentricity by
accommodating
cross falls in the slab and at the same time retaining the
verticality of the
leg support, allowing the support of high loads.

MegashorUltra heavy-duty shoring
Megashor is an ultra heavy-duty modular propping system designed
for axial loads of up to 1000kN. However, its real strength
lies in its versatility. From heavy lifting towers to travellers
for tunnel formwork, bracing for excavations, shoring and
trusses,
Megashor can be configured for a huge variety of
applications.

Features and benefitsNine strut sizes, ranging from 15mm to
5400mm, plus
a full range of accessories means that Megashor can
be assembled into props, towers and trusses of
almost any length, all from standard components.
RMD Super Slim Soldiers provide restraint to
Megashor and are available in seven lengths from
90mm to 3600mm. This gives ultimate flexibility
when planning the sizes of towers and centres of
props, therefore minimising the need for custom
made equipment.
A unique 1000kN axial load capacity and high axial
stiffness ensures that Megashor will accommodate
the rigours of heavy-duty falsework, cofferdams,
bridge bearing replacement and faade retention
applications. Megashor can be used to support
bridges open to live traffic - bridge bearing
replacement work can be carried out with minimum
disruption to traffic flows.
Our quality assured manufacturing process, using
close-tolerance jigs, ensures consistent and accurate
fabrication, resulting in good assembly alignment on
site, saving time, onsite modifications and labour
costs.

High quality adjustable Push-Pull Props,
designed for light shoring application.
props RMD adjustable steel props are designed and
manufactured to provide excellent temporary support
and are easy and quick to erect.
RMDs props provide a solution for a wide range of
temporary support requirements, and their capability
has recently been enhanced with the addition of:
1. Stepped Pin The Stepped Pin allows for the
quick release of the applied load on a prop with
a single blow from a hammer. The inner section
of the prop is lowered by 4mm, allowing easy
rotation of the collar to enable the prop to be
removed without difficulty.
2. Galvanised RMD props are now galvanised
which eliminates corrosion, minimises
maintenance and extends the life of the product.

A heavy-duty support for vertical, horizontal and raking
applications for use on a variety of civil
engineering and building work. Ideally suitable for supporting
both large walls and precast units.
The Slimshor components connect directly to Super Slim Soldiers.
The addition of standard
adjustable jack units at the ends of the Super Slim Soldiers
with suitable end connections convert
the conventional Super Slims into effective push-pull props.
These props can be used to position
and stabilise both large wall forms and existing walls or
precast concrete wall elements.
Adjustment of length is easily performed by the rotation of the
Super Slim Soldier body.

strongshornew, lighter Strongshor frames that canbe easily
handled by one person
Strongshor has been designed specifically as a heavy-
duty support system with fewer components required
than with other shoring systems.
Strongshor is comprised of four main components:
frames, spigots, cross braces, head and base jacks. Fewer
components result in savings in time, labour, storage,
transport and inventory costs.
The new lighter weight Strongshor frames enable site
operatives to more easily place components, which
means greater on-site productivity, less labour and lower
construction costs.
Strongshor frames are designed to enable working
platforms to be positioned at regular height intervals.
Frame bracing provides increased strength and stability,
particularly for high towers.
Strongshor will shore safely to any practical height. Its
frames have a maximum safe working load of 90kN and
subject to correct bracing procedure this load bearing
capacity does not reduce as shoring height is increased.

Cross Braces
A superior design with four adjustment holes
that provide a multiple choice of spacings across
all frame heights. Hinged at the centre, they
automatically align and space the frames.
All braces are colour coded for easy
identification. They are attached to frames by
quick action latch pins on the frame legs. Fixed
length single hole braces are also available.
