NYRA REWARDS Rules and Regulations (1) Members must be eighteen (18) years or older. (2) Membership is limited to one person per card, with each member’s account information to be confirmed in conformance with identifiers that are no less stringent than the federal standards contained Section 2 of the US Department of Justice INS Employment Eligibility Verification Form, OMB No.1115-136. (3) There is no enrollment fee to become a NYRA Rewards member. (4) Reward points will be credited beginning at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of a calendar month, and shall accumulate through 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each calendar month. All properly accumulated points that are not subject to a customer dispute shall be credited to the customers account by 11:59 p.m. of the third business day (Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays) following the close of the calendar month. At the conclusion of each calendar month (at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each calendar month), each members point accumulation shall be reset to zero points and new points shall begin to accumulate after 12:00 a.m. on the first calendar day of the new month. In no event shall points accumulated during a given calendar month be carried over to a subsequent calendar month. (5) Membership and any associated rewards benefits are non-transferable. (6) There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted. (7) Members of this program are required to have an account within the NYRA telephone wagering system. (8) Wagering points accumulate on the aforementioned monthly schedule and this is the sole basis for the calculation of rewards to be credited to a member’s account. (9) Wagering must be conducted through NYRA’s telephone wagering system, Internet wagering system, or through on-track self-service wagering terminals to be eligible for rewards. (10) No rewards points are awarded on wagers resulting in a $2.10 pari-mutuel payout, based on a $2 wager. (11) If at any time NYRA management becomes aware that a NYRA Rewards account holder is attempting to earn points via deception, partnering, or any other impermissible method, the matter shall be investigated by the NYRA Security Department. If as a result of such investigation the NYRA Security Department determines that an account holder has in fact attempted to earn points via an impermissible method, such account holder will have his or her privileges revoked, resulting in loss of membership in the program and the forfeiture of all account balance sums attributable to reward points. The cash balance of any such forfeited account shall be refunded to the named account holder minus any sums attributable to reward points. (12) NYRA reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the NYRA Rewards program for cause. (13) All decisions of NYRA management are final. (14) The NYRA Rewards card will be deactivated if there is no activity over a 3-year period. All monies in such an inactive account, including sums attributable to reward points, shall be distributed in accordance with New York State law. (15) NYRA Rewards account holders are subject to all applicable state and federal tax requirements. (16) NYRA reserves the right to terminate, revise or withdraw the NYRA Rewards program at any time without prior notice, with the approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. *State restrictions apply for NYRA REWARDS Internet and Phone Wagering services. (10)Norewardspointsareawardedonwagersresultingina$2.10pari-mutuelpayout,basedona$2wager.
