Fact I was threatened with bodily harm, my patient rights and bodily repeatedly violated by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager who came out from behind a long closed off desk to come after me provoking me to seek help and than to start filming. Fact I was coerced threatened and finally gave in dropping charges on Saturday Oct. 20, 2012 against my will because I did not want to go be turn myself in to a corrupt cop Det John Vergona who had told me over the phone he did not care if I had two black eyes, refused o answer why I had to wait 4 days to be arrested 19 days after the attack to the weekend and if he was anti-Semitic.

The NYPD involved committed the crime of coercion and that is not an opinion. I have NYPD notes submitted in the opposition to dismiss the DD5 and supervisors notes that are blatant lies.

They NEVER met with me. None of them even called me even the supervisor that opened the case for 24 hours!
