ACCOUNTING FROM LUCILLE

Page 11: Nyl slideshare

LUCILLE SENT DISPUTE TO NEW YORK LIFE BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

New York Life will need to provide a detailed accounting by providing what they paid me, with copies of checks front and back and what policies lapsed that came about a debit balance.

comments:

I sent you a fax but there was no fax detected. I called and your fax number listed in your website kept on ringing.

I sent a dispute with New York Life but they never responded. I have copies of all checks they sent me posted at https://sites.google.com/site/newyorklifeschemes. You will need to mail me, provide me a copy of checks that I allegedly received from New York Life's standpoint on how they arrived to what came about to be a debit ledger balance when I paid premiums for 4 policies good for one full year for myself, my two children and their father.
