• Early-­‐Stage  Technology  Companies  

• Scalable  internet-­‐based  business  with  simple  revenue  models  

• Potential  for  10x  or  more  return  of  investment.  

• We  invest  $25k  or  $125k  depending  on  the  company  stage,  and  up  to  20%  of  the  following  rounds.  Max  $1MM.  

• We  ask  for  2%  to  10%  equity.
