Diets….• If you are an athlete, the best

diet you can have is similar to the diet for a non-athlete

• Your plate should be very colorful

• Make sure you don’t have too much of something

• Your plate should look like the my plate with fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy.

• Breakfast is very important so you should have fruits, • such as berries and protein, • Also you might want some grain, like, whole wheat

toast.
