Our inspiration comes from the plant itself; widely used in Malabar Cuisine. Nutmeg & Mace are 2 spices derived from the same fruit yet have such distinct flavours & use. Indian Cuisine is similar to the characteristic features of nutmeg & mace. It’s diverse and complex, yet moulded into a unique flavour, intrinsic to the region of its origin, its culture & climate.
