Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Nursing Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Utica College is currently accepting applications for adjunct instructors to teach clinical education in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program in the Utica/Rome/Syracuse, New York area. REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAMUtica College encourages active clinical nursing adjuncts to refer reliable, qualified clinical nursing candidates for employment. This bonus program is offered exclusively in the nursing program for clinical candidates. The bonus program allows the College to attract quality candidates in a highly competitive market and provide support for the academic needs of the College.

Payment:If the referral is accepted and the appointed clinical nurs-ing adjunct completes at least a three (3) contact hour clinical, the person who made the successful referral will receive a $250 referral bonus subject to payroll tax with-

holding. The bonus will be paid at the end of the referral’s first session. In the event the person making the referral is not actively teaching a UC clinical when the referral is made, the bonus will be paid at the beginning of the person’s next clinical session.

Eligibility:A clinical adjunct can receive up to four referral bonuses within a calendar year. Candidates cannot have been em-ployed by the college previously. The Associate Dean of Nursing will be the final authority in determining bonus eligibility in case of questions or disputes.

Clinical adjunct faculty required to travel 50+ miles to clinical location are eligible to receive a distance travel stipend of $600 per semester.
