    Job summaryThe post holder is responsible or the delivery o basic practice nursing services care to the practicepopulation. Supported by senior nurses within the practice, they will deliver care within the boundaries o theirrole, ocusing upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring o long-term conditions, health preventionand screening activities.     Job summaryThe post holder is responsible or ensuring the delivery o sae and eective nursing care to the wholepractice population. As the team leader or the GPN team, the post holder is accountable or nursingservice delivery. They will lead and manage all the nursing resource, working closely with the practicemanager and GPs to deliver the practice priorities.
