Looks like the rainy season is here so it is hard to get out and do much, but it's coming…. A big thanks to Curtis Roche for the amazing slide presentation. We almost felt like we were in Alaska with him. He talked about wildlife, scenery, buildings, Nome and the dredges. Thanks also to Curtis also for the bucket full of goodies he shared. The rock and gem show has come and gone and we had a good showing. We gained several new members and we had lots of interest. Kids loved gold panning which was a hit once again. I want to thank everyone for coming out and volunteering their time to help make the show a great success. Don't forget to check the newsletter for outing dates.
