CardioSoftPC Based 12 Lead Interpretive ECG

CardioSoft is a high performance ECG cable and PC software package that can be fully integrated with the EMIS, InPS and TPP clinical systems. The CardioSoft software can be installed on as many consulting room computers as required. The ECG cable connects directly to a USB port of any computer making it perfect for the busy GP practice where multiple rooms are used for ECG testing. The ECG trace is monitored on the computer screen and ‘Hook Up Advisor’ indicates the quality of the ECG signal from every lead to ensure the best possible ECG recording. For domiciliary visits, CardioSoft can also be installed on a laptop computer. Universal ECG is a 12 lead cable that plugs directly into the computer via the serial or USB port. The software can be installed onto as many of the practice PC’s as you like enabling you to perform an ECG in any room. The ECG trace is monitored on the computer screen and when a satisfactory ECG is seen it can be saved and a report created as an electronic PDF file. This PDF report can easily be filed to the medical record or simply printed on plain A4 paper if required. They are also unaffected by moisture build up from the patient’s breath during repeated blows. On-Site Installation & Training

Numed fully appreciate the time constraints that practices have to work under. For this reason we now offer a remote installation service for many of our software based products. Our dedicated support team will install your new product at a date and time convenient for you. On requesting our remote installation service, simple instructions will be sent directing you to our online booking system where a time slot can be chosen. At the chosen appointment time, one of our highly trained installation engineers will install, configure and test the software to ensure it is ready for use. This work is carried out efficiently using Citrix GoToAssist, a fully encrypted, safe and secure remote desktop support facility.

Numed offer a premium installation and training service on selected products, where a site visit is undertaken. One of our highly experienced trainers will visit your practice at a time and date to suit your team. Software is installed onto a number of PC’s (this number varies depending on product) and the equipment is then configured and tested for use.

Clinical staff will benefit from the personal touch with hands on, face-to-face training, where the correct use of all hardware and/or software will be demonstrated and explained in detail. Clinicians will have the opportunity to use the equipment for the first time whilst under the supervision of our training professional. Training certificates of competence can be issued on request.

Remote Training

Remote product training is now available on most of our software based devices, offering detailed guidance on the correct use of your new equipment. Multiple users can connect to our trainer at any one time and training sessions can be recorded enabling users to refer back to the session at any time in the future.
