Our school was born from the merger of two schools:
Bécquer School
And Machado School
And now the buildings for the children too.
We have got 800 pupils, from 3 to 12 years old
10 classrooms for younger children (3-5) and 23 elementary classrooms (6-12)
The schoolday begins at 9:00 am and it lasts until 14:00. The lunchtime is from 14:00 to
15:00. And some children have extra activities in the afternoon from 16:00 to 18:00
e.g. dances, sports, crafts…
From 7:30 to 9:00 am some children can stay at school, having extra activities too.
We are 49 teachers. The headmaster works full-time in her office. We are specialized Primary school teachers, Pre-school,
English (4) Music (2), P.E. (2), Religion (3), T.P. (3)
