SCIF & Secure Space
From: Simmons, Charles T. [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, July 25, 2006 9:27 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Thank You Good Morning Mr. Marcin
My name is Chuck Simmons and served as the Senior Project Manager for Nortel Government Solutions. We currently are the tenants at the 9150 Guilford Rd. a site that your company manages. The reason I am sending you this email is to express my pleasure with your company and especially the contractor who completed our SCIF build out at the location. As PM for Nortel I was responsible for overseeing the project for my company. With 22 years on active duty military I have worked on several major military construction projects in this area, and have worked with several of your contractors. NTC won the bid on this project. This was the first time I had any experience with NTC and would like to say they were outstanding! The management of the project was great. My normal experience is that you have to push a little to get the appropriate response. Not with NTC. Dave Mazzuca the President responded to my every email and request. His customer service was unprecedented. Their subs were professional and completed the job in an expeditious manner. It was a great pleasure. I have forwarded a letter to the Vice President for signature and routing to your seniors. I cannot relay my pleasure with NTC enough. As we approach our certification there is already discussions about the possibility of growth for our Columbia office and additional space requirements. If this is the case I must insist that NTC be considered if not selected for our future projects. I am pleased that your corporation selects such quality contractors to perform work for you tenants.
Thanks you and we are looking forward to future dealings with COPT.
