Job Description:

• Be the meeting point between MCVP BD and the Organization Committee (OC) • Set expectations and goals with his/her team and MCVP BD • Participate in the selection of the entire OC • Be a role model for the OC • Organize general meetings of his/her team • Reports the OC’s work to the MCVP BD (through weekly reports/meetings) • Lead, organize, track finances and ensure compliance of the action plan for the

entire project (timeline, logistical requirements, budget) • Create a budget for Y2B • Track team members' performance. • Develop strategies for the involvement of all local committee’ members in the

event • Deliver a final report of the work done by the OC

Working hours and duration: Start date is 5th of January and the role lasts until 30th of April 2015. One meeting is possible to happen before 24th of December. 15-20 hours per week (both online and offline work) Please note that in the period close to the event itself, workload will be more intense than usual. Job Description:

• Develop and implement a Communication strategy with MCVP Marketing • Development of key messages for all audiences to communicate Y2B’s core brand

identity • Activities and public relations (marketing materials, advertising, client communications,

direct mail marketing campaigns, press releases, content for trade publications, etc.) • Oversee the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and

other related materials • Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities and build relationships with key

industry media. • Work closely with the website manager to ensure messaging is aligned with overall

marketing and communication objectives • Provide monthly reporting to the OC. Will include but not be limited to reporting on the

• Coordinating with MCVP BD for in-kind raising • Venue coordination • Develop most viable reception system • Maintaining delegate help desk during the event, providing assistance to

delegates and being aware of all the relevant information • Ensure all systems are in place for delegates’ needs during the congress-

health/personal safety • Coordination of on-site HR Team (HR Planning & Resource Allocation), Delegate

servicing team • Coordinating delegates registration and logistics teams Reports to: Organizing Committee President

Responsibilities

• Tracking LCs’ spring recruitment goals achievement; • Tracking LCs spring recruitment timeline following and alignment with national

timeline; • Collecting and analyzing the statistics of each selection stage participants; • Ensuring the communication of LCs with selection participants; • Providing MC the data about the recruitment numbers; • Supporting the LC VP TMs during recruitment together with MC VP TM. • Recruitment Manager will work together with MC VP TM and receive the

• Make sure every oGCDP applicant is contacted in 48 hours in every LC • Provide assistance to LCs regarding matching with our entity partners • Follow up EPs who have signed the contract to match after 2 weeks • Make sure implementation of external partners • EPPs promotion among EPs

Measures of Success

• Conversion rate from application to interview 45% • Conversion rate from interview to match 30% • 22 MA per LC by April - 176 nationally • Matching time 2 weeks after signing a contract • 25 EPs signed up for national EPPS
