STRUCTURE OF THE GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT

Traditional Guidance Department • Six counselors each with a caseload of students in grades 9-

12, divided alphabetically

CORE Team Model developed in 2009• Introduction of a seventh counselor (C.O.R. Counselor) • In 2012, the department was reduced 6.5 counselors

With only a small caseload, the C.O.R. Counselor is able to focus on creating department, student

and parent offerings and programming.
