• 1st 4 weeks of academic year (September)– Observations of 4 teachers– Journal with specific questions, notes, and reflections

• 2nd 4 weeks of academic year (October)– Create first major by November 1st

– Begin interacting with students on daily basis• November through June

– Create 5 majors (lessons or STEMcinnati thematic units)– 6 week lesson creation timeline
