The G Lubricator is a sealed piston pump that can be fed from an independent oil reservoir. In normal operation, oil is gravity fed from the reservoir to the pump. The unit may be operated by an eccentric cam or a reciprocating part of the machinery being lubricated, with no electric or alternative power required. The lubrication pump type VB-B are reservoir pumps with a single-action plunger operated by a hand lever. The lubricant reservoir has a capacity of 1, 1.6 or 4 litre. Pump of type VB-B are intended for grease and semifl uid grease. FZ-B Lubricators are typically driven by a fl anged, geared motor or via the machine being lubricated through either a ratchet or rotary drive. Maximum permissible speed of the piston plunger is 10 rpm for the rotary drive lubricators and 6 rpm for the ratchet drive. A wide range of transmission ratios are available, making this lubricator adaptable to meet a diversity of machine requirements.

Where electrical power is available, the BM-B Pump is ideally suited at the heart of a lubrication system. These pumps are robust for harsh and severe applications, and their compact construction of high-grade steel gives them a long service life. Distribution ElementsMeter units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The lubricator in the system dispenses known amounts of oil to the distribution network and meter units deliver this oil in varying amounts to the bearing points.
The ZE-G Injector delivers a fi xed quantity of lubricant at the outlet connection during each discharge cycle. These are available in six discharge rates.

The SDM Modular Valves are the essence of dual line lubrication systems. They are mounted close to the lubrication points and hydraulically operated by pressure from the fi rst and then the second of the two supply lines. Each module can be individually adjusted to suit the bearing requirements.
Adaptors can be permanently fi xed to the lubrication system pipework before valves are fi tted, reducing the possibility of contamination during the installation period. O-ring recesses are fi tted into the top of the adaptor so that the fi tter can observe the condition of the O-rings when fi tting the module.
The ZV-B Distributor is used in dual line systems with a large number of lubrication points and long distances, typically in the steel, mining, paper and power industries.
