As a YMCA lifeguard, you will promote safety in and around the pool while encouraging behaviors that can save lives. Experience is not required. Candidates will need to complete The YMCA Lifeguard Training. Benefits*: • Free Teen Membership (Save $29 a month) • 25% Discount on YMCA programs • 50% reimbursement on training after working 10 weeks *Upon completion of Lifeguard Course and Hiring Process, it will be required for each staff member to work a minimum of 4 hours each two- week pay period.
