D&E Time to fill you in on the fun you’re going to have, starting with the GOLF CART PARADE on Monday, Dec. 3rd. You will be amazed to see how great your cart’s going to look with some Christmas decorations and a little imagination. And how much fun you’re going to have showing if off. And the bragging rights if you win a prize. And the great CHILI you get to eat afterwards. This event is the official start of the LIV Christmas season. Don’t miss it!And as long as you have the decorations out you might as well decorate your “humble abode” too, right? Put some lights up and impress the judges when they come around on Wednesday, Dec. 19th. Prizes and bragging rights and you’ve helped LIV look like Christmas - another win win! And, of course, in between these two events we will be enjoying COCKTAILS with LESLIE. Not quite sure yet if she will be there on Dec. 10th or 17th, so just check in at the activities center to find out when it will be. (Leslie will be back again on Monday, Jan.7th for more cocktails!)And then you’ll want to finish out the year (and welcome in the new one) at the NEW YEAR’S EVE DANCE. Guess I don’t really have to tell you it will be on Monday, Dec.31st, but I guess I just did!Now put two more important things on your calendar - First, the EMPLOYEE CHRISTMAS PARTY will be on Friday, Dec. 14th. Please come and show our hardworking LIV employees how much we appreciate them. And second, the annual CHRISTMAS CONCERT on Sunday, Dec. 9th. We have a lot of tal-ented people in our village who will definitely put you in the Christmas spirit. I’ve got Fa La La’s in my head just thinking about it.Please remember to check in at the Activities Center for more details, changes, tickets, etc.. You certainly don’t want to miss out on anything!

Executive sessiono Legal Issues- Updates
The board meeting began again at 10:20AM.
o President Chapa stated that two issues have been brought to his attention. President Chapa stated that if someone comes wanting an owner’s information we cannot give them any information for the files but hand them the directory and the person must write down the owner’s information. President Chapa also stated that people have come to serve legal summons to an owner and with the advice from the attorney, Ramona, the decision was made to allow them access only if they have owner approval or a constable/sheriff is with them. If the individual does not have either then they won’t be allowed into the community.
Dir. Guerra made a motion to adjourn the meet-ing. AS McBride seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed. Adjournment at 10:23 AM
