Thanksgiving Writing Contest
A writing contest will be held for all elementary school children with the topic “What I’m Thankful For.” Write an essay, poem, or even a short story about the many blessings in your
life! Entries must be submitted by 5:00PM on
Wednesday, November 24th and will be judged on creativity and originality, so give us your best ideas! The winning child’s class will receive a pizza party and the child will win a $25 gift card.
Entries must include grade, child’s name, school, and teacher and will be judged by
December 1st. We’re excited to learn about all the things you’re thankful for!

dancing, Kim Myers of Dancetime Studio can teach it all!
Sample different styles of dance while learning to move your body, build cardio strength, and improve bone density. No
previous experience required and participants will help decide the styles of
