The city offers many options when it comes to employee parking, include parking garages. No matter where you park your vehicle, please remember the following information:

Slow down: Please mind your speed when in a garage, like the Adams garage next to Phoenix City Hall, as the posted speed limit inside is 10 MPH.

Watch for walkers: Garages can have sharp turns and obstructed views. As a driver, watch out for people walking to and from their vehicles. Also be mindful of people coming out of the stairwells. And remember, people are using the garages at all hours of the day.

Winter hours: With more hours of darkness in the coming months, try and walk to your vehicle with someone you know. The buddy system is always a great idea. If you need immediate assistance, look for the “Blue Light” call boxes located throughout city garages.

Secure your vehicle: With the pleasant temperatures, you may be driving with the windows down or sunroof open. Remember to close these when leaving your vehicle—and of course lock your vehicle.

See something, say something: With any situation, if something doesn’t look right, walk away and report it immediately.
